We had a lovely stay at Hotel Kasbah Asmaa. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it a perfect stop on our journey. One of the highlights was the pool — open at any time, which was ideal for us since we arrived late. We were able to enjoy a quiet swim under the stars, and it was exactly what we needed to unwind. The staff were welcoming and respectful, and everything was well taken care of. Thank you for the great hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable!

It took us a 7-10min drive into the city of Midelt in the evening for dinner and to explore the town. Also, breakfast in the morning wasn‘t great (not much variety and lots of flies). The staff wasn‘t very welcoming either.

The kasbah looked really cool both from the inside and the outside. The rooms were large and clean. The bed was quite soft and we did sleep well with windows open.

We are in a cold day, I think the staff could have prepared the bedroom better in order to be warmer. The heater in the bathroom was difficult to turn on.

The staff was nice and the room was big. Everything is decorated with typical Moroccan style. In general it was nice.

The rooms should be updated, the walls should be at least painted. Some food for the breakfast didn’t look very attractive (old). Great stop for a night before the desert.

Although clearly in its day a top hotel in the region, the ‘Kasbah’ today has a rather tired feel to it. The gardens could be better tended, the dinner & breakfast menus improved, and some shade provided around the pool

Pleasant welcome by staff, nice cool pool, decent sized room with separate seating area. Probably the best option for a halfway stop between Fez/Meknes and the Sahara

English speaking staff was rare.

The smoking area's is something we really liked. As well as the different spaces to sit and to have dinner. Also we had the most comfortable beds we ever slept in and we liked our big room with sitting area. We loved the housecat a lot!

There are multiple WiFi network in the hotel, but the staff provides a password only for one network that works only in some of the common areas. The price list shown at the reception desk indicated the price we paid for a standard family room as the price for a suite (the price for our room being indicated at 40% less). Breakfast was not included in the price and only two guests were having dinner in the immense dining room. Some maintenance problems

The bed was too soft, but that is just a personal thing.

Secure parking for motorcycles. Very big rooms. There is a clean and nice-looking swimming pool in the courtyard (although it was cold to use it when we were there). Excellent breakfast! Interesting crystals exhibited in the hall.

I did not like that they did not put us in Superior Suite that we have booked. I tried confirming with two staffs, one just nodded and the other did not return with a reply. I managed to talk with a senior staff who corrected the issue. The SuperiorSuite was so much bigger in room size and space and has a pool view. If not for the "no pool" view in the first room I would not know they have downgraded us.
