The road in to the Hotel was littered with smelly overflowing industrial bins , It makes you wonder what kind of place you are going too , I know this is no fault of the hotel so don't be put off , it's amazing when you get there .

The room was huge and a very large comfortable bed , Food was excellent, table service for dinner and buffet breakfast with a really good selection , the pool was nice and very clean as was all places .

Shower water is not warm enough.

The view of swimming pool is unique. They don’t provide napkins or water in room, WiFi is poor, despite these I think it’s worth the money.

Very clean place. The views from the pool are exceptional. I love the fountain in the middle of the kasbah. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of help from Mustapha and Hassan. I recommend this place to everyone who likes a more luxurious Kasbah. Will be coming back definitely

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the decor was absolutely stunning—elegant yet cozy, with a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan style and modern touches. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We arrived super late at 22:30 , and they even made dinner for us. Because we were stuck in the Atlas in 30cm of snow. We keep good contact with each other , so they know what time we will arrive. They even organise a private taxi for us to see some beautiful treasures;) super kind people wish I stayed longer than just 10 ours We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and serene stay in the heart of the Soul

The staff! As a solo traveler by bike and tent, I from time to time book a hotel for laundry, little bike repairs, a shower etc.. All this and more was read from my lips, especially by Zouhair and Hassane - thanks guys, keep up this extraordinary hospitality!

Would have been nice to have some fruit for breakfast (but seems not common in Morocco), and nothing special laid on for New Year’s Eve.

Lovely design, quiet location with great views from the rooftop (get up to see the sunrise over the Atlas Mountains!), beautiful swimming pool (too cold for December but looks super enticing for summer), nicely decorated rooms (warm and with no problems with hot water in winter), tasty food, super friendly staff (especially Hassan) - and a resident tortoise.

My stay at Kasbah Zitoune was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Hassan, Zoheire, and Idriss. Their constant smiles, kindness, and genuine effort to assist with everything made me feel right at home. The Kasbah itself is stunning, with its traditional charm and peaceful atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every detail was taken care of, making my experience seamless and memorable. Thank you, Hassan, Zoheire, and Idriss, for making my trip so special. I can’t wait to return!!

Bathroom was lovely but the water could be hotter, the shower at its maximum only gets warm rather than hot water . Would be completely fine in the summer I imagine but a hot hot shower would be nice in the winter months. Didn’t take away from us having a lovely stay though.

Came in the winter and we were the only people there, but were made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the staff who were very helpful and attentive with anything we might need. Room was spacious clean and a comfortable bed. Really good breakfast and dinner was delicious as well. Pool is lovely though very icey cold during the winter months due to the cold desert nights, doesn’t really have time to warm up during the day.

Absolutely nothing, we loved it. We can't fault anything. It was clean, peaceful and lovely breakfast served in beautiful surroundings.

This place was stunning! The view from our room and the pool were beautiful. It was so peaceful and you couldn't ask for better hosts. Such lovely, welcoming people and very very helpful. It was nice being a little bit away from the city centre and an easy cab ride away from the main square.

Very nice location nearby Quarzazate - it looks like on the pictures. The area at the swimming pool is a good relax after day of traveling. Staff very nice and welcoming.

We were only there for one night on a motorbike tour. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The rooms are massive, the pool are very nice and the location very cool. It was such a a mellow relaxing place.

The breakfast is not a buffet and you get the same thing everyday so it gets repetitive. The beds was really hard and the distance to the centre is far so every day you have to take taxi, it was 200 dirham each time, I’m sure they definitely over charged us.

When we first came to the hotel they gave us complimentary tea and biscuits and took our bags to our room which was really nice of them. The cleaners would clean our room everyday, making the beds and give us new clean towels and toiletries. The staff always go above and beyond and make sure you are happy. The breakfast was good. Everytime we asked for anything they would give it straight away and made our stay very comfortable.

There wasn’t a lot of choice for meals. Same 3 dishes to choose from every night. The food was amazing though.

The pool was beautiful. The grounds and the property itself were very pretty with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. At night the court yard was lit up and made sitting under the stars an unforgettable experience.

The hotel location is great quiet and tranquil and 15min drive to Ouarzazate. The facilities are good, with a fabulous pool facing the deserted mountains. Also enjoyed the breakfasts and tagine we had for lunch. The staff was also very helpful.
