Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bar drinks over priced.

The service at the pool was very slow . We were supposed to get our rooms at 2pm but at 4 pm we were still waiting for it . We finally got it at 4:30 pm
The pool is huge , the location was very good .

I really loved this hotel from the first moment. The check-in was easy and the girls at the reception were so kind and sweet. A huge thanks for them : ilham ,Chaimae and especially Fadila for the upgrade and for giving us rooms next to each other she’s so sweet she made our stay. We enjoyed everything , the nice music by the pool, the tasty food, and the great service. Thank you Taib for your kindness and for taking care of every small detail. You made us feel at home. It was a beautiful stay. I will come back for sure

The towel rack in the bathroom fell and its quite heavy. Its not screwed at all. Also there were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The ac should be stronger especially with the marrakech heat. The tv has nothing. No signal at all
The big pool and the spacious rooms. Also the delicious dinner buffet. And ofcourse all the staff are great and helpful

When I arrived at the hotel, the first room didn’t meet my expectations. Ilham from Guest Relations kindly showed me another room that I liked, and upon returning to reception, I was offered an upgrade. I’d also like to thank Chaima at reception for her kindness and prompt assistance. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were attentive and helpful, and I really enjoyed the pools and aqua activities with Mouad

The property is in an area undergoing a lot of development, but at the moment it is a little isolated. Only a few restaurants and a shopping centre nearby.
Fantastic pool (50x20m). Good breakfast with lots of choices and some freshly cooked options. Rooms are large and comfortable. Spa is great! Handy shuttle bus to the medina.
