Location, cleanliness and warm staff.

All was just great.

Beautiful outdoor spaces and quiet. Staff are excellent. Espresso, soda, water and snacks available by the pool at no extra charge. Love the omelette at breakfast.

No bar.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Every single one of them from the receptionists to the waiters. The property was beautiful, very relaxing and clean.

Great location. Really relocating hanging out at the pool. Access to refreshments and snacks is right by the pool and included in the room fee. The staff is amazing.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel's motto was "Relax. We can do everything for you." They even prepared food for us as we were leaving. Our room was cleaned every day, the pool water was clean, and we had free snacks whenever we went to the pool.

We couldn't find any slippers in the room. But when we were leaving, they said they had some. It was our fault for not asking them. Also, there was cleaning noise from the rooftop earlier in the morning. It was a bit disturbing, but not a big issue. It didn't stop us from loving the place!

During our stay in Morocco, we experienced the best service and the kindest staff here! We felt the true Arab hospitality! The accommodation and the food perfectly meet the needs of any traveler. We will return for the last night, we are looking forward to it! Thank you to the entire staff of Kshar Anika!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ksar Anika. The breakfast was delicious - fresh juice, warm pastries, and local touches that felt homemade. The location was great too - right in the Medina but surprisingly quiet. Best of all, our driver was able to drop us off right at the door, which made things super easy and hassle-free, especially with our luggage.

Honestly, there’s nothing we didn’t like. Everything was just as we hoped - the room was cozy, the staff was kind, and the Wi-Fi was strong throughout the riad. We were satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back.

Very helpful staff. Great service. They had little sandwiches and snacks in the afternoon and they gave us little Moroccan cookies and fruit in our room. They also packed us a little lunch for our departure which was nice. Food at the restaurant was very good quality. Nice pool that was clean for our kids.

It was a 12 minute walk or so to get to the Medina. That was a bit challenging as we are a young family so we decided to take a taxi back a couple of times for about 100 Dirham. Our room was next to the street and was a bit noisy. One of the employees at the front desk was a little pushy.

Whether it was offering us mint tea upon arrival, or simply greeting us with a smile each morning, their care and professionalism were outstanding. Special thanks to the front desk team and the breakfast staff — your warmth added so much to our experience! The hotel itself is stunning — a peaceful oasis in the heart of Marrakech. The decor is elegant and authentic, the rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxing. We also loved the delicious breakfast served daily in the serene courtyard. If you’re looking for a place with heart, charm, and truly exceptional service, Ksar Anika is it. We can’t wait to return!

Very good location, the staff was very friendly , clean and spacious room. They served smacks , tea , coffee and sandwitches through the day complimentary.

Very peaceful and well kept. Staff were as helpful as they could be which made for a very relaxing stay.

The lighting in the room was very dim which made it difficult to see when getting dressed. Bathroom light was the only bright light.

We had the most wonderful time at Ksar Anika when we visited Marrakech. It really was perfect from the moment we arrived. The Riad is located in the Mellah (Jewish Quarter) about a 15 minute walk from the Central Square (Jemaa el-Fnaa) and it felt very safe to walk to and from there throughout the day and at night as a couple. It wasn't particularly noisy at night time, but noise mufflers for the windows were provided in the room (we didn't require them). The location was excellent - away from the noise and hustle/bustle, but so easily walkable to the centre. We entered the riad, and it was absolutely beautiful. We were greeted with some snacks and traditional Moroccan tea and given some recommendations about what to do and where to eat in Marrakech. The room itself was exceptional - beautiful to look at with incredible detail, spacious, cool (it was 39c outside) and topped up with water and snacks every day. There was also a small fridge/freezer which came in really handy. There was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast every morning as well as a mixture of sweet and savoury snacks throughout the day. Finally, but most importantly, is how wonderful the members of staff were. They were so welcoming and friendly throughout and really cared about us having the best experience. Always on hand to make recommendations without being pushy on particular restaurants or activities while also wanting to hear about our experiences to make recommendations for future guests.

I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about Ksar Anika. Without a doubt we will be visiting Marrakech in the future and will be staying here.

We had a wonderful stay. The riad is beautifully designed and our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional - warm, welcoming, accommodating and incredibly good at their jobs. Each day, fruit and biscuits were left in our room along with a big bottle of water. Breakfast was delicious and we were catered for as vegetarians. We had to catch an early flight so were given a light breakfast and even a packed lunch to keep us going. A lovely touch was the gift of toiletries to take with us. We would love to stay here again one day.

Excellent customer service！

There is some smell in the room, ventilation needs to be improved! Although the facilities are a bit old, the excellent customer service makes up for it! Need to improve the room ventilation to remove some of the smell in the room.

Just fantastic accommodations in every way! The room was perfect. Each morning the breakfast was fantastic. We ate dinner there three times had a great meal every single time. Cannot say enough about the wait staff the front desk every single employee at this place was just an outstanding individual. They truly made our experience at Marrakesh perfect.

Not a thing- one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Everyone was friendly. Especially the people working in the restaurant. They even gave us snacks when we checked out. It was the best. But the room we stayed in was too noisy. The machine noise was too loud at night. I recommend this hotel. It's really good if you're not on the first floor.

The property was excellent, comfortable rooms, very clean, good breakfast and moreover the staff was very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this place if you travel to Marrakesh and you want to stay in a typical hotel.

Staff were amazing and service was exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. Siham was amazing and very knowledgable. Breakfast was plentiful and they catered for gluten free dietary needs.

If this Riad was closer to the new city I would stay here again.
