The property is located in a beautiful location but you have to go through bunch of winding roads. It’s so quiet and it gives you the feeling of peace and serenity

WiFi is weak. The owner needs to update his wifi package to get a better and faster one

I liked the property as a whole, I also liked the room and the traditional food. The swimming pool was great.

I didn't like some of the waiters as they were rigid and the international cuisine because its quality didn't match the beauty of the lodge.

I had a wonderful stay at Ksar Shama. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Fouzia, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy authentic Moroccan hospitality!

Great compound with an excellent pool and good food. Lots of activities like padel and jeu de boules. We got a free upgrade to a unit with our own terrace since it was quiet. Great to land Here for rest And relaxation after arriving in Marrakech ! We loved it so much we came back after two weeks for lunch on our way to Marrakech but we were too late, so had tea instead!

If we have to think of something .. we found the price for tea the highest in all of morocco !

    An ok junior suite

It has nothing to do with the images they show.

    Property response:

Dear Amine, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're sorry to hear that the suite didn’t fully meet your expectations. Your impression matters to us, and we truly regret that you felt the photos were misleading. That said, we’re often told by our guests that the pictures don’t quite capture the beauty and atmosphere of Ksar Shama—that the reality often exceeds what they saw online. Of course, every experience is personal, and we’ll take your comment into account as we continue improving both our service and our communication. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and offer a stay that better reflects the charm our guests usually appreciate. Warm regards, The Ksar Shama Team

A little oasis in the mountains. Travelled as a family and stayed in the dome tent which had the most amazing view. It was spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4 which includes two teenagers. The garden pool is stunning and the food was of a very high standard. Could not fault this hotel

Nothing to fault. Everyone couldn't have been nicer.

Beautiful pool. Grounds were nice. Rooms were huge and well decorated. (Could have used a little better dusting). Fun foos ball table and ping pong for the kids to enjoy. A ton of beautiful seating areas to relax around the property both inside and out. Nice little restaurant with pretty good food. Breakfast was ok. We had a fire set for us in our room fireplace one night that was very nice, although it smoked up our room for a while.

WiFi was poor throughout property. The restaurant area was where it was strongest. Hard to find staff around during the day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel in the Atlas Mountains, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the peaceful, calming atmosphere. The serenity of the mountains combined with the hotel's tranquil setting made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The entire place was impeccably clean, with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive. This was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last. If you're looking for a place to unwind, enjoy nature, and experience exceptional service, this hotel is an absolute gem. I can’t wait to return!"
