Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomBeautifully kept gardens and lovely swimming pool. Lovely room in pretty Riad. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Great for chilling but plenty to do in nearby Marrakech which is about 25mins drive. The hotel have a free shuttle service but if the times don’t suit then they will organise a taxi.

Riyad style accommodation and two large pools were beautiful and the gardens very nice and relaxing. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

United KingdomMoaning from other tourists because they haven't read the hotel descriptions!!!!!!!
I chose L' Oliveraie de atlas due to the location of the hotel being outside of Marrakesh ( 30 mins outside of Marrakesh by car ). Located among olive and orange trees and amazing gardens, L' Oliveraie de atlas consists of one main building with the restaurant with a handful of rooms. Within the grounds there are three amazing riads that house bedrooms and suites with various pools . Due to travelling around Morocco, I ended up staying in four different rooms, all absolutely stunning with no issues. I found this a very quiet and relaxing environment to be in . The hotel was ideal to also come back to after several days away touring in Morocco. The food was outstanding, the breakfast buffet was typical continental moroccan, better than what I had while I was away in other hotels across Morocco. The coffee is Nespresso , so not bad coffee at all for a serious coffee drinker! They supply a taxi service to and from the centre of Marrakesh twice a day should you need it , however I did not need this at the time. The hotel also provides taxis to the city centre or the airport at discount. Having got a quote for £ 60.00 from the airport to L'Oliveraie de atlas , they provided a taxi for €25.00 The hotel provides a spa which I took advantage of, this I fully recommend, one of the best massage for several years. ( If you do have spa , this is located in Riad jardin). The staff were friendly and could not do enough to help you. It was very friendly , family atmosphere and i'm looking forward to going back soon .

Fantastic location outside of the city but with free shuttle there and back or hotel taxi. Trips arranged through the hotel also.

United KingdomWe booked the ‘all inclusive’ option but then were told we could only eat at set times - dinner that night and breakfast and lunch the next day, but we had arrived not having had lunch that day, and there was no option to have a light snack. It resulted in a discussion about the difference between full board and all inclusive. I was made to feel like I was being difficult. I think the hotel needs to decide if it can offer ‘all inclusive’ as having stayed in all inclusive hotels before this place did not feel like it was set up for it. Other than this incident at the beginning of our stay, we had a lovely stay in the hotel.

United KingdomOnly slight criticism would be that the rooms are a little tired, particularly the bathroom, but otherwise, nothing
Peaceful spot with views of the atlas mountains - much needed after the madness of Marrakesh! Great food and service, not too many guests, no racing for a sunlounger! Great value, beautiful gardens, would defo go back.

United KingdomI liked everything about the property. Just few recommendations. There was no pray mat for Muslim guest ( good thing I carry a pocket one) Free taxi maybe late afternoon. Chips were under cooked every time No kettle in the bedroom
The resort was clean and well maintained. It had 3 swimming pools, therefore it never got crowded, at one time we had the pool to ourselves. One of the pool is small it’s good for the little ones. The food menu was a good variety (salmon fish was delicious) if you don’t like some of the ingredients in the dish they happily replace with another item. Breakfast was same everyday, however wide range of selection, therefore you have different things every day. The rooms are big with balcony. The staff are friendly and they don’t be on your face, only if you request something. So peaceful connected with nature. I would definitely recommend half board as there is no shops nearby only land surrounding area. They provide a free taxi that goes to the town everyday 9.30am and 10.30am 30mins and picks you up 16.30 and 18.30 in the evening from cyber park which has free internet service which was very helpful if you have no access to data. The driver are on time. Separate towels are provided for swimming. Good internet service at the resort. We stayed 6 days and that was just right for our budget and chill out away from the city. after that we booked 4 days to stay in the centre To meet our budget.

DenmarkIts behind the town, 20 min drive. Stuff offers shuttle once a day, taxi is 150-200 dirham. Pool was still cold in april.
The most charming garden ♥️ our kids were running and playing between the citrus trees and roses, we had the most amazing time, we felt so welcomed. The rooms were beautiful, warm floors in the bathrooms, hot water, large bath tubes, comfortable beds. Stuff very helpful and competent. We really liked the breakfast and the restaurant- all compliments to the chiefs and all the stuff. The place offers trips and massage.. We had a lovely time🥰

United KingdomBreakfast buffet could be better . Usual Continental which no good for people on keto / carnivore. Flys on the breakfast . No smart TV . Wifi kept dropping out . No dressing gowns and towels were like cardboard. Room smelt funny and very dark as us girls love light to get ready in . The riad area we stayed in was quite until prayers around 5 am then cockerels start , then sparrows start and I mean 20 or more inside the riad so very noisy.
Lunch and dinner food , location, views , service . We had a heatwave so extra bonus . The pools although cold but it is March one was dirty . Gardens are beautiful, waitors are so good but seem to work long hours and run off there feet . Jacuzzi outside wasn't on but there is a drought! Small fridge in room , bonus . We were in Z9 . They sell alcohol even in Ramadan but alot cheaper in Marrakesh. Carfour didn't sell alcohol but Champion market had large selection and lovely whites for under £5 . We like the bottle La Cuvee du Terroir . You must show him your passport and you can buy as much as you want . Car is essential, once you are out of Marrakesh it's a doddle but not for the faint hearted in Marrakesh. Jezzz . !!
