Overall, for the price paid, the room needs more attention and care. Cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved. The kitchen is basic but could be easily improved with a few more items, such as kettle or pot to boil water. TV, unfortunately, did not work but that was not a major issue for us.

The location is good, you can see the sea, which is a short distance away. No construction near the apartment, which is an advantage and the room was generally quiet at night. Mohammad, the host who met us, is a lovely person who tries to help in any way he can.

It was my second stay at la Casa del Sol and I loved it again. The apartment is so cozy anf very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the hosts are so nice and very helpful. Totally recommend this apartment.

Everything was good, no issues

It was essentially a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is pretty new and everything looked rather new. Had a balcony overlooking the ocean. Short walk from the main surfing spots (Cathedral and the bay).

I highly recommend these apartments. They are well managed and have a modern feel. They are clean and have all the needed amenities. They are better than most of the apartments in Imsouane. The hosts are friendly and can help with anything you want

Hot water works only on sunny days as the property uses sun heaters. WiFi is good in the morning, but slow in the evening Can also get a bit noisy at night with street animals, light sleepers gotta use earbuds - but I think it's like that across the entire town

2-bedroom unit is great - it has a huge private terrace that made our stay just amazing! Having dinners on the sunset there and checking out La Catedral waves in the morning! Good kitchen with all you may need to cook, lots of grocery shops around, 3 min by foot to main surf spots and restaurants Mohammed who's managing the property is very cool and friendly guy - helped us with the late check in, late check out, laundry, getting around etc. Thanks a ton!

As I decided to stay longer every few days I stayed in three different appartments. They have different sizes and light as some have more windows than others. Other than that all appartments are nicely cosy furtnitured and very comfortable for short or longer stay. Also all showers work properly which was almost nowhere else the case during our travel. Farid who manages the place is very kind and always available to help out. If you are a solo traveller he gives you special attention to make you feel more comfortable and generally invites his guests regularly for a tea and/or his deliciously cooked Tajines. You probably might not want to eat Tajine outside anymore ;)

Our host took his job very serious. Even before arriving we got a text to ask if we needed any help. He helped us where he could and we could contact him whenever we wanted... super nice stay in Imsouanne. The apartment was super silent, no dogs to be heard in the bedroom at night.

Great experience during our stay in La Casa Del Sol. The Host Farid was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us valuable advices and guided us to better plan our trip and enjoy our stay. Best place in Imsouane, previously I was staying in different locations but for sure in future will choose every year this one, this place really differ from others, I have already some experience. Host Farid is super friendly and helpful, he even let me try his traditional dish tajine and it was really amazing! Room was super clean, kitchen well equipped.

Everything about this place was great. I wish we could have spent 2 or 3 weeks more! The room was super clean and modern. Nice bathroom with a great shower. Nice big tv with Netflix etc. Only a couple minutes walk to the beach and shops. And the view from the rooftop was great. Farid was also a great host. Super friendly and helpful, and good to hang out with. I will definitely be back some day!

Clean Comfortable and well appointed. Quiet but still close to everything. Best place I’ve stayed in Morrocco by far. Mr Farid is a perfect host. He looks after his guests and the apartment’s with great care and respect. I already booked again. I will be back soon.

Congratulations, if you are reading this, half of your surf trip in Imsouane is taken care of; if you book this place, 110% of your trip will be taken care of. The place is well situated, just a few minutes walk to the beach, the apartments are just gorgeous and clean, especially considering the price - I wowed when I entered mine, surprised by how nice and spacious it is, even though I have seen the photos and it looks exactly like the photos, yet Mr. Farid said that’s the worst apartment he has :/ Mr. Farid really takes very good care of the place and his guests, always available for any questions and for any help you will need, you can rely 200% on his suggestions! Seriously, you cannot ask for more! Super duper recommended! I will definitely come back!

We stayed too little 🥲

I loved this apartment right away. It’s new and really clean (compared to other appartment and hotels in Morocco). It’s very close to the beach with a spectacular view of the sea. Terrace great for doing yoga. Farid hosted us with a fresh. He’s a very friendly and kind person, helped us with every need and offered us dinner with his excellent Tajine. I really much rabbit this apartment. Farid takes care of all the details of his apartments. We felt like home. Thank you very much, we will come back soon ☺️
