The mountain and valley views from this magnificent building are stunning. We had a warm welcome and tea on arrival made by English speaking Samir, who also gave us local information and places to visit. He was so considerate and helpful, and made us tea again the next day when we returned from sightseeing. Our room was upstairs with a double and bunk beds, and ensuite. It was comfortable and contained locally made rugs and other items. It had a window with stunning views, and opened to a large terrace, equally amazing, so we had a cool breeze through the room. A good sized tasty breakfast was served downstairs at the time we requested. It will remain a highlight of our journey.

Chilly nights but they go with the turf. An electric heater was provided.

Of the 10 kasbahs we stayed in, La Kasbah du M'Goun ranks near the top. The remote valley it is located in takes effort to reach but mountain views and authenticity make it well worthwhile. Decent meals, good amenities. The narrow valley has 24 villages. Aguerd N'Ouzrou is typical for its friendly and prosperous inhabitants, rich stream fed agriculture and apple orchards. We hired a young lad to guide us; a student, he spoke reasonably good English. His mother hosted tea in their wonderful salon. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and recommend this kasbah.

A little trouble finding the place and some minor miscommunications, but found the staff willing to go above and beyond to help. Would stay here again.

The Kasbah is beautiful the rooms are well equipped and the location is stunning. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful 😊 Star gazing on the terrace is a must xx the drive on the R302 to the property is stunning and very doable in a Dacia !!! The lack of reality between the photos of booking and the condition of the tue place It is unacceptable to lie to people so much. The breakfast was only bread and coffee or tea. Staff speaks only Berber and French..

The Kasbah is beautiful and the view of the valleys, but the property is not well maintained.The photos on booking do not correspond in reality, The Kasbah must have been good, several years ago. But the lack of maintenance broken chairs, windows they only serve Couscous and Tajine, they have a delicious lamb tajine. The staff are friendly.

The property is falling apart. You can still see its former glory but if the place isn't maintainted, it will get worse over the years. Such a pity for this amazing place. Cleaniness can be improved.

Amazing location and beautiful property. Great hiking possibilities all around. Probably the best place in the area. It's my 4th time there and I'll keep coming back.

Very nice decorated rooms. If you ever wanted to stay in an original kasbah it definitely would be the place to go.

We drove by a 4x4 car which was necessary to reach the hotel. At arrival the lady was very unfriendly totally different than all other accomodations we had in Marroko. She showed us a small room but we booked a large room. After complaining she showed us a larger room which did not look nice. It was really hot outside in june but we saw the swimming pool was empty and in very poor condition. We decided not to stay and look for another accomodation. We asked our money back but never got any reply.
