Everything was fine

Lovely hotel, we stayed here for a night the room was clean and lovely. Towels provided beds very comfortable. Morrocan Breakfast which was provided was fresh a with a variety of breakfast pastries. Staff very attentive.

The breakfast could have had more variety it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and there was not one fruit. Also some evening entertainment would have been good there is a night club but as I had the children I could not use it.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the hotel has a lovely swimming pool the room was big and had plenty of space one adult 3 children.

The toilet kept breaking! Every day, it would decide not to flush, and would run and run. I had to use the toilet in the lobby several times.

The staff was very nice. They arranged different taxi tours for me..

-Service was a bit slow but all staff were very nice and smily, polite and very accommodating. I believe that with a bit more training the service would be exceptional. Brahim at the pool bar was very attentive! Thank you!

Comfortable beds in a decent size room, nice bathroom with deep bath and shower, cleaned daily. Lovely chilled reception area, very friendly staff. The free breakfast was adequate, lunch and dinner also available. Lovely pool with plenty of sun all day, pool towels available, drinks available from nice adjacent bar. 5 min walk to shops and souk, 1 min from carrefour supermarket. Lovely restaurant opposite hotel. I would definitely go back👍

There was nothing I didn’t like, everything met my expectations.

The reception was very good, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Check-in was smooth and professional, which gave a great first impression of the hotel.

Bed was uncomfortable. Looks like 2 single beds joined together so the middle part was elevated. Had sore backs in the morning, good thing we like sleeping in one side

I've been trying to think of something, but honestly I can't find fault in anything.

The second time here, we loved the first time and loved it even more 2nd time around! We were treated like family, and nothing was too much. A big thank you to all the staff, reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff, for making our stay another unforgettable one . P.S. see you all soon.

Friendly, flexible staff. Clean, nice, tidy room. The food is fresh and delicious. They are maximally flexible in terms of programs, meals, arrival and departure. It is easy to contact them, they answer all questions. The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning. I can only recommend them

I just have one point concerning the Air Conditioning at the room we got, was a bit stuck during the night.

Actually it was a weeding night stay at the hotel for my bro, everything was good, a good hotel to stay very clean. I just want to say thank you so much for the receptionist "HANANE" she was very kind and welcoming. Everything was appreciated. Many thanks also for "ABDERRAHIM" the night audit. He was welcoming, too.

The staff were excellent The lady that met me while checking in took me to see which room I preferred and I thought was a very special jester from that hotel But they were all very helpful and smiling I stated there a few years ago and now its been updated so its perfect and I love the restaurant where you can also sit my the pool to have breakfast Fantastic
