I did not like the bathroom because the windows could not close and the shower was really bad the water goes everywhere and the toilet needed to be fixed and the internet signal was so weak and no musketeers installed to prevent mosquitoes from entering the rooms and I found one piece of hair in the orange juice on the breakfast

I arrived in January by bicycle, and due to the low temperatures would have really preferred a warm room. But there was no heater at all in the room, and even with an extra blanket I found it too cold to sleep. The cold stone floor did not help, either. So I finally slept with all my clothes on. Another thing to be aware of is that there is absolutely no infrastructure (cafe, bar, shop) anywhere near this place. Which is fine if you have for example a car.

The staff was kind, however the host who spoke French left in the afternoon, leaving only staff who didn't speak French-Spanish-English nor Google-translate-Arabic. The shower was cold, which wasn't resolved. The room was freezing cold, luckily we got extra blankets.

Great view, amazing location at the lake. Breakfast was great. The host arranged a last-minute boatride on the lake, unfortunately there were no flamingos but the captain tried to explain us the other birds.

The menu was a mystery. The only available food was some fish and a salad (very good salad,). No menu. Language/communication was definitely an issue and that's probably why we didn't know when and how to order a possible tagine. Again, no menu. The breakfast did not happen because an electrician had to come to do some repair to get electricity back.

The location is good. View on a marsh lagoon. Fun to watch fishermen coming back. The outside of the hotel is nicely manicured with a garden. The dinning room has a modern look and nicely furnished

Customers are not valued and so staying there was a lack-lustre experience.

Beautiful waterside location in a very scruffy, down-market area, accessed by a short, rough sloping track. The property is a bit tired and in need of refurb. The rooms are spartan basic - everything is there, but nowhere near a standard that would justify anything but the lowest room rate. The staff were chaotic - nobody seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing, and the food was mediocre. A real shame because there is the potential, due to the location, to make this a highly desirable place to stay.

No AC in the room and on the day I was there there were clouds of mosquitos, so ended up sleeping in my bivvy bag as it was too warm and stuffy unless you had some window open

Unfortunately dirty bathroom, not enough towels, no bedside lamp and no furniture on the balcony - I hope they improve because the location is great. At the time we were there it felt like it is made for the locals and people visiting with campervans

Their service is beyond excellent, and the owner of the guesthouse is a very cooperative and well-mannered young man, as well as his kind and wonderful team. I will definitely return to visit them and enjoy the place and its services again.

The room we booked said it had air conditioning but didn’t (not that we needed it) and the lights would occasionally flicker.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location on the waterfront is fantastic if you want a few days away from the busy Moroccan cities, but not too far from Rabat. Added bonus there was opportunities to go kayaking or on a boat tour.

However, inside, it was terribly hot, and there was no fan nor ac. Another thing is that their food is very expensive in comparison to restaurants in the area. Also, we were charged for entering the swimming pool. However, we were never informed upfront regarding these charges. This is not correct, and I have also given this feedback to the personnel.

The property itself looks nice from the outside.
