There were no window in the room, only a door to the balcony. So if you were cold and wanted to have the door closed you could not have natural light.

The surf house has the highest terrace of the whole village of Imsouane and the cleanest kitchen and rooms compared to many others places I have been in Morocco! Nizar and the rest of the family who run the Surfhouse are amazing people, with such a smile on their faces, regardless of the countless hours of work they do! The atmosphere is like being in a real family!...the place is just at the entrance of the village, a nice 7/8 mins walk to the port of Imsouane, 3 mins walk to the cathedral point surf spot

The property is not beachfront- although the rooftop has great views! the wifi didn’t work properly most of the time.

welcoming staff, nice roof terrace. Within walking distance to the amazing beach. The place itself is nice, but during our visit there were costruction works in progress. Its not the fault of the hotel, but the area is rapidly developing and the surrouding looks like a building site. Personally I did not mind, our stay was nice :-)

I stayed 3 nights in a female dorm, the place was clean znd comfortable with really good, clean bathroom out of the room ( the best I got in dorms in Morocco). I was lucky to be alone in the dorm so it was even better. There is a good kitchen upstairs. They have real, little espresso machine! For me extra plus. Nice helpful family runs the hostel and they really try to keep it clean and cosy. The location is not the best and unfortunately around the building is a building site with lots of rubbish around and generally not nice surrounding. The view is also not of the beach, you can see somr rooftops and sea futher down. It is still pretty.

Even if we booked a private bathroom, the bathroom was outside of the room and could not be locked and was used by other people. This was dissapointing.

They have internet in the main living room but not in the rooms, but internet data is cheap in Morocco 😉.

Super friendly staff, really feels like a familia. The place is very clean! Hot water instantly. The rooftop is super chill and has a great view. Beds are the most comfortable I've slept on in Morocco! 10 min downhill walk to the Bay. Small supermarket 150m away!

the pillow was too high/ thick for us, but I think it’s a Morrocon thing ;) a night lamp would be nice as well, especially when you’re in a room with 4 and you don’t want to disturb your friends :)
