Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful, family-run Riad, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality—it felt like staying with old friends rather than at a guesthouse. The Riad itself is spotlessly clean, full of charm, and tastefully decorated. The atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, offering a real sense of Moroccan culture and comfort. Breakfast each morning was a highlight—an incredible spread with fresh, delicious options that changed slightly each day. It was both generous and amazing value for money. You can tell everything is made with love and care. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the family who runs it. They are some of the kindest, most helpful people we’ve met on our travels. Always ready to offer advice, arrange anything we needed, or simply share a friendly chat—they made us feel completely at home. I wish this lovely family every success in the future. This Riad is an absolute gem, and we feel lucky to have discovered it. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

Sif and his family are very helpful and go extra mile to help. The breakfast was nice and they even packed our breakfast in the early morning because we needed to leave the hotel early. We had the dinner at both days of our stay and they were delicious. We really enjoyed our stay very much. You won't regret it if you stay there.

United KingdomSmall bathroom without a shower enclosure. The water did not drain fast enough so there was pooling.
The central atrium is very attractive and a good place to eat or sit. The terrace is a good place for breakfast when it is sunny.

RomaniaNothing that we can remember.
We definitely loved the people owning the place, the aesthetic of the place itself and its location in the old medina. The people living there are very warm, welcoming and helpful. Its a joy to be among them. The lady cooks amazing food and they keep a very clean and comfortable, quiet place. We felt safe in that area of the medina. Staying with a riad can be tricky in terms of living conditions, but in this case, what you see on the platform is what you get and even more. Special thanks to Taha!

SpainIf you’re considering a stay in Marrakesh, stop reading this and just book the Riad! You’re in for an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival, the chaotic driving might surprise you if it's your first time in Morocco, but you quickly get used to it. The host contacted us promptly after booking, offering to arrange a taxi. Finding the Riad can be tricky, but don't worry—if you get lost, reach out to them for assistance. Once we arrived, the warm welcome from Aisha made us feel right at home. Although the women may not speak much English, their kindness shines through, and Taha, who speaks English, is incredibly friendly and helpful. The family truly went above and beyond, helping us with a ton of things and always making sure we never went without food or tea. You’ll feel like family here. The Riad itself is stunning, with beautiful tapestries and thoughtful decor. Our room was spacious and comfortable, complete with air conditioning and convenient outlets. Although the bathroom is small, it didn't detract from our stay. Aisha guided us to Jemaa el-Fna, and we enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals—they have their own menu! Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, especially the pancakes. Sharing tea and Moroccan pastries with the family was a delightful experience. They also offered us free cooking classes to learn how to make traditional Moroccan dishes, which was a fantastic addition to our stay. Taha even invited me to watch a football match at a local bar, adding to the personal touch. This Riad offers the perfect blend of authenticity and hospitality. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here; you won’t regret it!

United StatesI noticed past reviews mentioning the small window in the room and how an AC unit would help improve the stay. They have since added this as we did have an AC unit. They also provide earplugs for any noise coming from the city streets. It’s nice to see they take all feedback into consideration and actively try to improve.
We had a lovely time here. The staff was fantastic. The two women who I believe run the place were so welcoming and attentive while still giving you plenty of privacy. We arrived after hiking Mt. Toubkal and just wanted to rest the remainder of the day. It was a great spot for this. We felt right at home and the stay was very cozy. The breakfast was also delicious with various options both mornings. Everything very clean. The walk was a comfortable distance to the center of the city.

SlovakiaWhile technically there was a small window up below the ceiling, you can't really reach it from the ground and open it. For one person it was okay, though quite humid in the room towards morning. I'm guessing that two people could run out of fresh air much earlier there. Tip: An air conditioning would totally solve it ;-)
Aicha and her son(cousin? don't know) were welcoming, helpful and overall super nice. Their Riad was recently renovated and is in a very good shape. The bathroom was really small, but clean and well taken care of. The bed was great and the wide variety of pillows to choose from was very welcome, helped me sleep perfectly. Even though in the evening it seemed that you can hear every little noise from the street, it turned out that the neighborhood is super quiet during the night and well into the morning, too, so no trouble getting a good night sleep. Overall, fully recommend staying there.

They walked us out to show us how to not get lost in the medina, invited us in for food and their Riad is gorgeous. Restored my faith in humanity - thank you, guys, you are epic and I wish you lots of luck with the future of the Riad :-) we will be back xxx
