The all inclusive breakfast was amazing as well as the facilities and the events that they offer!! I loved the free gifts i found in the bathroom it was a great touch

Everything was perfect. The grounds are beautiful, it felt like an oasis with lovely flowers and trees. It was so peaceful. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. The room was even better than the pictures. I loved it 10/10 we’ll be back

Staff are very nice but you have the feeling of missing management. We drank an aperitive at the swimming pool, I had to go back to the bar to ask for olives and peanuts. For breakfast a good number of waiters but acting weirdly. For example for getting eggs , you must go to a counter , where there is a nice person who gets your order and tells it to a cook who is a meter far. You cannot order sitting at your table. Breakfast is overall reasonable but for the level of the hotel it could be better.

The place is beautiful. Very calm. Very green with a lot of trees. I would say is the only hotel around Essaouira at Marrakech level.

Restaurant service: While the food is excellent, the service could be more prompt and attentive.

The hotel is beautiful, the gardens are impeccably maintained, the housekeeping service is flawless, the pools are delightful, and the quality of the cuisine is outstanding.

a gym would have been perfect and would have given the place a 10 . Also we wanted to do the yoga but it was cancelled because not enough people they said . Definetely they should offer more excersize classes every day considering it was really busy . if they had these we would be back every year for certain.

the room , the pool , the staff , food was great . We really liked the Lunch with all the fresh fish and wished they had a similar menu in the evening too.

Some vegan lunch options on the menu would be appreciated and a few more vegan options on the dinner menu as 1/2 options were unavailable during our stay.

Every corner of the hotel was perfection, so picturesque and well curated. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The food was exceptional, super fresh and thoughtfully presented. All the staff were a joy and always helpful. The hammam experience in the spa was magical.

The food did not match the exceptional quality or the hotel. The traditional food was not as spiced and flavourful as anticipated and meats were dry. When staying for 5 days a few changes in the menu might have been helpful.

I’ve been coming here for over 8 years with a recent gap over pandemic, and have now noticed prices increasing quite a lot. Whilst the facilities and service here are top notch it may be getting towards the top end of what the market can achieve in Morocco. Eg 75ml water = 25 Mad which currently works out at 2.29 euros.

Everything… the most beautiful planting of its grounds,laid back spaces and music, absolutely fantastic staff attitudes (even during Ramadan when they were thirsty and hungry).

The spa was average. We had an exfoliation and it was very average. The lady just left us for 15 min, didn’t explain what was happening. I have been to spas all over the world and it was disappointing. Needs to be improved
