Everything. This property is immaculate, comfortable, and very welcoming. The breakfast is traditional morroccan and very tasty. The location is great, not too close to the markets so much more peaceful. The room is gorgeous and my partner was ecstatic that he was able to watch the Liverpool game on the tv in the room! I took unwell with food poisoning whilst there and the staff couldn't have done more for me. They got me medicine, constantly checked in, and arranged a doctor when needed. They offered to cook me rice, get me water etc. They also let us check out late with no extra charge, which was so kind so that I could stay in bed longer. I would 100% recommend this property as a place to stay on your trip to Marrakech.

Loved everything about the property (location, cleanliness, good food, relaxing setting, spa). Anne, Abdusamaud and everyone were so helpful in navigating Marrakech, suggesting restaurants, organizing rides, etc. I can’t say enough about the place.

It would be great to have the WiFi work a little better. There were different zones and my room didn’t always match up with either of them.

The staff was absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm and calming welcome. Anne, the manager, took time to get to know us. She was very friendly, not pushy at all. We enjoyed our beautiful rooms with the much appreciated airconditioning. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. The rooftop pool was clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is right in the middle of the Kasbah and yet it is very peaceful inside, so you get to experience the hustle and bustle of Marrakech as soon as you step outside but you still get a good nights sleep in a very peaceful, riad inspired, building. The place is made magical by the owner Anne, who takes a genuine interest in your visit and makes all your restaurant and trip bookings for you. Anne's team are also extremely attentive, the breakfasts on the roof terrace are delicious. If you want to really experience Marrakech and enjoy the comforts of an excellent hotel, this is the best place!

We had a very nice time at Le Pavillon. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the terrace a lot — it was perfect for relaxing. We did a bike tour from Marrakesh to Fez, and the owner kindly let us leave our bike bags at the hotel during the trip, which was incredibly helpful.

Fantastic hotel and well-located, walking distance to the centre and main sights but far enough away for some quiet. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous (as is the pool!), and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great, and I was very grateful that they made extra effort to make my birthday special.

This property is a hidden gem, walking distance from Medina. I had a wonderful stay at the property, the breakfast was really nice on the terrace. I also did hamam and massage, it was just perfect.

Loved everything about the property. The location was excellent, and the hosts Anne and Abusammad were very welcoming and helpful. All the staff including the cleaners, and cooks were very polite and attentive. Loved our stay and we even managed to go to Bacha coffee thanks to Anne.

The hotel is in need of some updates / renovations. Mostly the bathroom is in need of an update, surely in this price range. The price is a bit on the high side for this room comfort and breakfast. The breakfast is ok, but it could be better and more variabel... keep in mind, it was my first time in marrakech, so I can't really compare to the marrakech standard...

Wifi can be really slow at times especially at night when everyone is in the hotel

The property was very close to the centre of activities and an easy walk to restaurants and the square. We walked most of the time. Anne & her staff were very attentive to our needs & comfort. The breakfast was good.

The best of both worlds - Riad in style but with the facilities of a modern hotel. Great decor, comfortable beds, Excellent team, catered to all our requests. Breakfast and food offering simple but very nice indeed.

Great Boutique hotel in a quiet(ish) corner of the Medina which provides an oasis of calm in busy Marrakech. Isabelle and Anne looked after us brilliantly and a lovely breakfast on the roof terrace is the perfect way to start any day.
