The staff is lovely and always ready to make your stay very comfortable. We loved the feeling of being at home. Olivier, the owner has been very kind and he helped us whenever needed. The riad is very well kept, terrasse is really nice.

Always hard to have to pay for a hotel in local cash. With two rooms to cover, this meant several trips to the ATM!

Everything worked out perfectly. The riad handled the airport transfers efficiently, were happy to provide an evening meal for five of us on request, and were helpful throughout. Property was small, but clean, pleasant, and quiet.

Improve wifi in upper levels of the riad.

Typical Riad in the medina and with excellent accessibility to the main points of interest of Marrakech. Staff very available and friendly. The Riad and the rooms are quite cleaned and warmly decorated. The varied breakfast is served on the terrace. We hope to return and will recommend it to our friends!

Olivier and his team were excellent, they made us very welcome. The room was just right for me and my two daughters, nicely decorated and very clean. The location was great, an easy walk to the attractions and markets. I highly recommend ensuring you can withdrawal sufficient cash to pay for things as cards are not as widely used as in other places. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was served on the terrace, it was freshly cooked and delicious. the roof terrace at the top offered lovely views and a peaceful place to relax after the business of the streets. The staff would bring us tea and blankets in the evening.

Great location for access to everything. Fantastic terrace to relax on after a big day walking the markets. But the real reason to stay is the team at the Riad who were all fantastic.

If you want a huge room, TV, swimming pool, elevators and restaurant serving burgers, this won't be for you, but for accommodation in an authentic Riad in the Medina, there's nothing to fault.

Beautiful little Riad in the heart of the Medina. Fabulously attentive, friendly, and supremely helpful team. Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace each morning. Everything was done to make us feel at home. Would return without question. Great value, great location if you want to be close to the action and yet tucked away in a quiet haven. We couldn’t be more pleased that we chose to book this Riad. The staff were so friendly and helpful and looked after us so well. It was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious and it was secure and safe. The location was super convenient. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we are in Marrakech. Excellent in every way! The staff were super friendly and happy, I spoke a great deal with Said and practiced my French. The room was comfortable and looks great! And the rooftop was amazing. Breakfast delicious!

Lovely riad in the medina and very close to the Bahia Place entrance. Just a few min walk, we can easily locate the riad. Staffs are multi lingual and friendly. Beautifully decorated hall with comfortable room. It was easy to access to anywhere from the riad. There is a terrace at the roof top where you can chill in the cold night.

The staff at le riad de l'etoile were absolutely amazing, they could not of done anymore for us!! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was very nice and we had a lovely stay.

The room was very small with no space for bedside table or wardrobes. The bed was too hard for me, but I know that’s what some people like. And the toilet was separate from the bathroom and so small it was difficult to close the door!

The staff were excellent and the riad is well run. In the medina, so close to the souks etc. A nice comfortable upper roof terrace with views of the town. Breakfast was Ok but the same every day and served on the roof terrace which can be cold in February.
