Our host was unbelievable. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay even walking us to a restaurant and then collecting us and walking us back. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt more like relatives than guests. Amazing! Breakfast was good and the ladies in the kitchen were welcoming and attentive. The night porters were also extremely helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like but maybe better lighting over the street door but that’s probably outside their control.

The location of this Riad is very special, the location and the entrance are like something from a fairytale. Staff were wonderful and so welcoming and helpful.

Lovely traditional Riad, breakfast was good, we got an authentic Moroccan experience, shower was good and always hot

Literally no sound proofing between rooms, you can hear everything, room was a bit chilly and no heating available, it all seemed like they weren’t expecting us, we arranged an airport shuttle prior and it never turned up in over an hour despite messages through booking app saying the driver was on their way. Very basic needs met but that was about it

Nice riad. It was hard to find. No light by the door turned on and we walked right by it using GPS. We noticed that if you walk right up to the door, a light would come on. Not well labeled.

Mr. Noureddine did not respond to our WhatsApp communication when he requested that we contact him.

Airy riad. Good Moroccan tea. Izzedine (the young man not the manager) is helpful and talkative. Bed and bedding was clean.

Room service is nonexistent in a 4-star stay somehow. The carpet in the bedroom hadnt been cleaned for years it appeared. Bad location. Other riads in the area with less stars rating (3-stars) had directions boards in the area. This supposedly 4-star riad did not and the location on google maps is even wrong. Breakfast was disappointing, not authentic Moroccan breakfast, just an egg, an apple banana orange kiwi, of the shelf butter and jam. Three days into 6 nights total stay, manager nooreddine tells me my booking includes dinner, when i wanted it at 10pm, i was made to feel like an inconvenience. It was eventually prepared and reheated when i came back at the agreed time. Bathroom didnt have any toothpaste or more than 2 toilet rolls the entire stay, i bought my own. Light in the shower area was nonexistent. No bum washer in the toilet. Most power outlets were not working in bedroom. Lighting in the bedroom is very foggy and dim.

The staff was fantastic and Noreddine made us feel welcomed. The riad is located in the North of the Medina, 20minutes from the main Jemaa el-Fna square. It was great for us to walk from the riad to the main attractions, we did it many times and it is part of the experience. Breakfast was amazing and the kids did certainly enjoy the pool most of the evenings. The area is full of local shops, not as touristic as the main areas, but that was a bonus for us. Finally, we recommend to reach the riad through the Rue Bab Taghzout: it is easier and you have more things to see.

    everything was great :)

The space is great and comfortable, very well designed, and good ambiance, with a great staff who was very supportive and attentive, caring and delicious breakfast.

The street to enter the riad is a bit hidden and tricky to find and trust at first if you don’t know Marrakesh and the communication can be tuff if you don’t speak arabic or french, and with the cultural differences. It’s overall ok challenges, if you are open and willing to make work.

Very quiet and beautiful riad with a calm and cozy atmosphere. Nouredine, Salah and the whole staff were amazing, super helpful and very professional.

The only little perk was the Wi-Fi, which sometimes didn’t reach the room we were staying in.

Lovely and calm interior. Excellent roof space for relaxing in the open air and dipping in the pool.

We could hear snoring through the connecting door to the bedroom next to us. The host is going to add soundproofing there so should be ok for future guests.
