Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyOnly thing is that the position on google maps does not match exactly the position of the Riad. It was difficult to find.
The Riad is stunning!! New, clean and beautifully designed. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast delicious. Love the place!

NetherlandsAn Unforgettable Stay at Le Singe Rose We stayed in Marrakech from June 18 to 23, and what truly made this trip unforgettable was our stay at the beautiful hotel Le Singe Rose. The interior is absolutely stunning and immediately made us feel at home. But what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. A special thank you to Brahim and Rashid – two incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful people who took care of us in the best possible way. They were always there for us and made us feel truly welcome. Absolute stars! The only small challenge was finding the hotel at first. Thankfully, some friendly locals helped us out. Tip: follow the Céline Spa sign – the hotel is located right next to it. If we ever return to Marrakech, we will definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommended!

United KingdomThey need to be clearer with the spa prices. We were told that there was a free hammam included and then were hit with high prices and an extra cost for someone to carry out the hammam (we were expected to do it ourselves). The manager worked it out for us in the end. It was a communication issue. My wife had a manicure and pedicure but they were not set up for it. She had to do it on a chair in her room while the beautician sat on the floor in the dimly lit room. I think they need to have a leaflet with prices and get better set up for spa treatments. Directions to the riad need to be made clearer. The GPS location on Google Maps is incorrect and locals had to help us find the place through alleys. Maybe arranging to meet the guests on the main road for the first night would be a good idea. A greater choice for breakfast would be nice. The waiter asked us what we wanted but gave us no option but eggs every day. The orange juice was often watered down.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like we were part of their family. When me and my wife went on an excursion for a night, we got back and they expressed that they were worried about us (we hadn't told them we were away for the night). It was our honeymoon and they had left us a lovely bouquet or roses, rose petals in the bathtub and sprinked on the bed. The bathroom was a lovely spacious wet room with a huge shared sink that stretched the width of the room. The shower was lovely and hot with good pressure. Breakfasts were simple but sufficient. The riad is well looked after. Lovely and clean with cleaners available throughout the day. The road is located a minute away from two very nice spas (Alphais and Celine). We had a luxurious hammam, massage and facial package and Alphais and it was GLORIOUS. Lovely to be able to walk straight back to the riad and relax afterwards.

United KingdomNothing that I dislike, but when we got to the airport, the shuttle that was supposed to pick us up never showed, as the car broke down. It wasn't the Riad's fault, and they were very sorry for what happened, but it's just something to be aware of. Also, there could be better signs indicating how to get to the Riad from the narrow street with all the shops.
For a new Riad, the place was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We didn't have any problem asking for suggestions on what to do or where to go, and the free tea was always very welcome. I would definitely go back

CroatiaIt is completely new Riad, and I was the first guest in the room I was staying in. It is very cosy, extremely comfortable and I just love it. They have a private hammam which you can use for additional cost. Not to forget the most amazing personnel. I highly recommend this place! Also; I had a little challenge finding the place, so I contacted the property and they came to meet me at the place I was at. Thank you Le Singe Rose

United KingdomDO NOT STAY AT THIS RIAD! Our stay at this riad was an absolute nightmare. Staff went through our personal bags and stole an entire envelope of cash, leaving everything else untouched. This was not money lying around it was securely inside our bag in our room. The fact that staff rifled through our belongings is a blatant invasion of privacy and trust. When we confronted them, they gaslit us, and were very rude. One staff member, Brahim (with curly hair), was especially abusive raising his voice at us. On the first day, they had assured us the riad was “very safe” and we can leave our personal things out freely. When we insisted on going to the police, they tried to intimidate us by saying our passports would be withheld until the investigation ended and we wouldn’t be allowed to leave Morocco. They also told us to wait until the manager and cleaners arrived so they could go with us to the police station. But the very cleaner who had been in our room on the day of the theft never showed up, which was extremely suspicious. The manager eventually came, but he was not helpful at all. He kept huffing and puffing, showed no empathy, and didn’t speak English. Instead of support, we received rudeness, lies, and intimidation. When we brought up other reviews where tourists also had money stolen here, they tried to dismiss them, saying those people “wanted free accommodation.” That was another lie we want to make it absolutely clear that we never asked for free accommodation, we were never compensated, and they really did steal our money. We later even saw with our own eyes Brahim being physically intimate in a room with the exact cleaner Samira who had access to our room and stole from us, which confirmed everything. They never apologized, never admitted fault, and treated us as if we were the problem. Combined with the other reviews of theft, it’s clear this is not a coincidence, it’s a pattern. This was the worst travel experience we have ever had. Our cash was stolen!
I have attached our police report for proof to all other customers.
