The host and staff are all exceptionally kind and helpful. They made every effort to make us comfortable. We had been sick and checked in one night later than expected and they fully accommodated us. The property itself is beautiful and well worth the short drive into town - our family has visited Tangier many times and this quickly became our favorite place to stay.

Perfect place, if you search quiet area to relax, but at the same time want Tangier center to be close. About 5 euros and 15 minutes by taxi to center. Nice pool, great view, comfortable bed, not annoying AC :) and decent restaurant offering various good two minutes away. Extra praise for the staff and especially Taha. Beautiful person: friendly, helpful and willing to do this extra mile for client. Thank you!

Location is very far from everything except one restaurant next to it. (I would suggest if you come here have a vehicle) The room was not the cleanest. A lot of small things that could be fixed (kitchen cabinets loose, balcony and bathroom doors not staying closed, window in the bathroom can’t be open if you are showering, white couch nice but stained) and finally the worst were the ants in the kitchen spoiling our food left on the counter over night. There is an active construction site behind the hotel.

First greeted with the staff and security guards were very welcoming even if there was a small language barrier. The room was very big with a great view, very comfortable bed and cold A/C. Kitchen has all essential items to cook.

It was a very relaxing stay. The owner and the staff were always approachable and happy to help with any request. Cleningless was exceptional. Room very well equipped. Perfect place to stay with small kids. The view from balcony and swimming pool facing the sea. What else can you ask? We are hoping to come back soon.

However, there were a few significant drawbacks. The cleanliness of the hotel was slightly below the level I had expected based on the reviews. Additionally, there were not enough towels in the room, no clothing hangers, no hairdryer, and no safe box for valuables. These missing amenities became more noticeable considering the price I paid for the stay. Another major issue was the absence of a lift. I was staying on the fourth floor, and having to climb the stairs multiple times a day was difficult, especially with kids and carrying our belongings.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The view was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.

At first, they gave us a dirty room with visible molds in the shower, stains on the sofa and yellow stains on the bed sheets. We were offended and expressed our dissatisfaction. The second room they showed us had mold all over the shower. Taha who was polite and understanding, contacted the owner and addressed the issue. At the end, they offered us a smaller room than the one we reserved in a newly constructed building adjacent to the older building. They also offered us a full refund if we had decided to leave, but no refund for downsizing to a smaller room. We did stay at the new room...

First apartment was great, but we faced two problems: (1) washing machine does not work, and (2) we found a scorpion in the main bedroom two-days in. The staff’s solution for the latter was moving us out to a smaller apartment in the main building. The second apartment was rundown, and many fixtures were broken (drawer in bathroom vanity, wardrobe sliding door was askew, etc). Some appliances were not working properly (washing machine gets stuck and does not finish its load, stovetop is slow to heat and never hot enough for real cooking, etc). All furniture and floors were not thoroughly cleaned and you can clearly see stains!

Building works in front of the apartment and quite expensive to stay here.

Pleasant and clean apartment with a good view and decent enough pool if not busy with other guests. Rachid the manager was great.

i didn’t like how I thought I be in room 201 or 203 as in the pictures they have a see through glass wall my apartment 202 was very small. it says sea view but the view is very very far away u cannot see the coast or beach just about see the horizon and the view is distraughted at the moment as there a big massive building getting built that makes the view restricted and not nice … the location was too far from city luckily I had a rental car .. the location was too far impossible to enjoy Tangier without a vehicle as it will be very expensive in taxis … also the view is not really a sea view u can sea the sea which is miles away and the room discription I got was wrong from what I thought I be booking
