If you are looking for something fancier, this may not be for you. It's a family place and (understandable) lacks a few maintenance. For us it was ok. Also the wifi is not very good and if you want to take a shower at "rush hour" (around 8pm) there's no water for everyone.

The staff was so nice and their food was delicious and for a super reasonable price! The pool is clean and big. There are also some friendly cats there to make it all better. Overall we liked our stay very much.

Fresh fruit for breakfast, some arrangement for lunch and maybe an organised minibus into Marrakesh some days of the week would be good enhancements.

The guest house is excellent value for money, all the staff were very friendly, good breakfast. It has a big pool in the centre of a garden, always enough sunbeds, games to play - very peaceful. You can have dinner if you ask at lunchtime and it is very good. There are 2 small shops nearby where you can buy lunch. But be prepared that there is nothing else outside and it will be 15Euros to get a taxi into Marrakech. We stayed a week at the end of a tour of Morocco so were very happy to mostly stay local.

Location is an expensive taxi away from Marrakech, either rent a car or bring lots of cash for taxis. (There is a local bus service that is cheap but complicated)

The water pressure in the bathrooms and if your looking for accomodation close to the city centre then this is about 20mins away by taxi so there is a need to prebook taxi’s in advance for best pricing

The relaxation it offered away from the city and the fact it was family owned business and quite a few good shops nearby with reasonable prices for snacks and anything found in town

You need to rent a car or you need to get a taxi to the property from Marrakech city center.

Las palmeras: This was our second time staying and once again the staff was amazingly helpful and kind! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and the breakfasts were great with nice variety. You need a car or a taxi to get between the property and central Marrakech, but the calm atmosphere is worth it.

The hotel should work on improving its facilities. Beds are not very comfortable, water flow in the shower is not stable, bulbs in some areas are not working.

The hotel is generally good value for money. They have a nice swimming pool, garden, private car park and friendly staff. Very quiet at night.

Outside surroundings were a bit off putting at first. Bed and furnishings were a bit worn out and we weren't told about things like room cleaning, food and drink options etc. Not for you if you haven't got a car or are used to Tui, Riu places. We loved it! Could use a bit of tlc but for us the imperfections added to the charm.

Loved the people, the peace and quiet, the birdsong, the pool and the garden. Traditional riad with beautiful garden and pool. Loved the simplicity and relaxation opportunity.
