    The location

    When I did the check in at night, the receptionist gave me a room with people already sleeping in it. The hotel is poorly maintained with stains on the carpets, breaks on the walls and in elevators, almost no WiFi

    Nothing can tell

    I stayed at that hotel, and my experience was quite disappointing. They advertised a gym, but it was closed during my stay. The room had a bad smell, making it uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the door lock to my room malfunctioned, and despite waiting for over an hour, the issue was never resolved. I ultimately had to enter my room through the balcony of the neighboring room, an unacceptable solution. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary water bottles, and guests are required to pay for them, which seems unreasonable given the overall service issues.

    The room and the toilet had a bad smell, the A/C was not cooling. Toilet tap is short, hardly can wash hands, and water drain was clogged. The toilet had a hair dryer, better to have kettle instead of hair dryer. Good thing it was just 1 night not longer.

    The reception experience at "le zenith" was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the reception staff who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making me feel welcomed right away. The room was immaculate, with modern decor and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

    Nothing much to like there,

    I had to change the rooms almost every day, because the toilet lock wont work or the card reader does not work. The swimming pool is freezing cold. There is a club under the hotel which is noisy.

    The location is next to the university which is good. The staff was friendly.

    When I arrived my bed had hairs. However I complained and they changed the sheets. The card for the room never worked I always had to go back to reception.

    It's a creepy hotel, the bathroom is very unhygienic. Multiple long hairs of the previous visitors on the floor.. The shower was to nasty to take without flipflops. The fitness was closed due to unclear reasons and the swimming pool was very cold and an unconformable atmosphere. Staff was unfriendly, we skipped breakfast since we were not confident of any good. The rooms and the public areas are allowed smoking so very smelly. There was a big cockroach in the lobby.... I paid 65 euro for something that I should have cancelled if possible.

    The staff especially the girl at reception are so friendly and humble.

    The food from room service quality didn't meet my expectation especially with the price i paid for a chicken sandwich.

    I would rate this hotel below 0 if I could. The gym was out of order and not working as was the swimming pool, 2 main features as to why I booked the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of no where, impossible to get a cab or public transport so you are stuck. I lost over £300 as I checked out 3 days early. I sent 2 emails to the hotel management team asking for a refund but no response. If the hotel amenities are not working, it’s it’s very wrong to advertise your hotel as having these facilities and should be taken off until repaired. This was so disappointing, it really made my holiday terrible. At least management could have responded to my email.
