It's been a very comfortable and relaxing holiday and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. Muss, the manager, is very meticulous with his work, Hassan is extremely friendly and helpful and Rezlan, a good and loving cook. We felt like home, away from home. The owners were amazing. So friendly and work hard to make sure you're enjoying your stay! The rooms were air conditioned and it was sooo nice. The breakfast was made right there and very delicious.

Room wasn't huge and had to get into the bed via a step at the foot of the bed as no room either side. Given the location (medina) the size of rooms may be typical? Lots of stairs and steps to be climbed, but managable.

Stayed here for a week. Staff were lovely, hardworking and attentive. The building has been refurbished to a high standard. Location was very convenient. You can easily walk to Jeema El Fna, as we did most evenings. Brekkie was good. Sun hats on the terrace which was a nice touch.

Incredible hospitality, we had a great time here. Breakfast is delicious with some changing elements every day, on the rooftop, the location is perfect, most attractions in the Medina is within walking distance of max 5-10 minutes. Our hosts were always available and super nice.

Would have loved a plunge pool to cool off in, a bit noisy in the mornings but it’s a riad so to be expected, pillows were not to my liking but my friend thought hers were great it’s just personal taste, would have loved a choice of eggs at breakfast then it would have been a 10!

Lovely peaceful, clean Riad, very helpful and attentive staff, great hammam experience, nice breakfast, nice rooftop with sunbeds towels and hats provided, really comfy big beds, great location.

This traditional Riad is located in the old city and it was truly amazing. The most friendliest people will welcome you and go beyond their way to assist in every way they can. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the very comfy beds. The local tea offered was amazing.

The staff couldn't do enough for you. From the moment we were met from the taxi and our luggage was carried right up to our room, and again carried from the room back to meet the taxi driver on the way back to the airport, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Offered great recommendations for our first time in Marrakech too. Roof terrace was a great setting for breakfast each day

I booked the Luxe Nomade at the last minute, on the day for my niece and her partner who had an unfortunate experience with another Riyad, which had been over booked and was very substandard, and who wanted to relocate them in a hotel in a complete different area. The Luxe Nomade really took upon themselves to make their experience in Marrakech wonderful, the staff was very helpful and kind and they met the owner who was wonderful and with whom they had great discussions. An overall great experience! Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina, Marrakech. The property was pristine, with a clear attention to detail that made our stay feel special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We appreciate the Riad style but found getting in and out of bed a bit of task. This did not, however, detract from an enjoyable stay!

Warm welcome to a comfortable Riad hotel. Good breakfast served on the rooftop terrace by Hassan, who looked after us well. Great location if a little hard to find on arrival. Rooms were spotless and tidied daily.

A curtain separates the sleeping area from the bathroom, which can be strange at first if you are used to doors. The sink is a bit small, but it's really nice. Our room was on the ground floor, and it can be noisy as other guests can have breakfast or just sit in the hall in front of the room.

The riad is beautiful: wonderfully and modernly renovated, maintaining the Moroccan details and vibes. The room was spacious, with a huge and very comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find two complimentary bottles of water, a coffee machine with a couple of capsules, and some space to hang clothes. The shower is big, and there's a hairdryer and complimentary shampoo/shower gel. The riad has a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or just relax with a wonderful view of the kasbah and the mosque. The staff is amazing: they arranged a pick-up at the airport, and when we got to the center, Hassan was waiting for us and brought us to the riad. They can arrange dinner or lunch at the riad if you need (which we didn't have). Breakfast is freshly made every morning. We enjoyed their hammam and had a massage (Fatima has golden hands). One night, we were running late to our restaurant reservation. They helped call the restaurant, and Hassan helped us find an ATM and grab a taxi. It was a great choice! Inshallah, we'll get there again.

Great stay at Luxe Nomade, a brand new property that is elegantly designed and extremely comfortable. Excellent location with a short walk into the old town. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. A very nice and filling breakfast was served daily as well, couldn’t recommend this place more during your stay in Marrakesh.

Nothing bad to say. (I just wish the rooms had TV’s) but nothing serious.

The hotel was decorated very nicely and was cleaned and maintained every day. The staff - mustapha and hassan and the chef went beyond to make us feel at home and welcome and comfortable. They also gave us the key to the main building so we can go out and come in freely with their trust. Mustapha also helped us with the excursions and payments and sorting out the times and drivers which was great because we trusted him. They were polite and friendly and respectful.
