WiFi was a bit slow

We only stayed for one night but were very well received and got a nice breakfast and so was the pool! The reception was very nice. Amazing scenery

The location was great, 5 min drive from Ait Bin Haddou (shops and restaurants available there), and 25 min from Ouarzazate town in the oppositedirection. Nice swimming pool to cool off in the summer. Big breakfast provided. Friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly, they made us welcome at the property. During our stay, it was really quiet, so we could relax really well after a full-day trip. Pool was amazing, too! While at the pool, we also got some welcome mint tea served, which we really liked! The night sky was clear, so we could take photos of the stars and the hotel with stars, too.

The toilets need some renovation. The toilet had a leak for example and it needs more light.

The hosts were very friendly. The pool are was very pleasant, we could have breakfast there, which was had a good variety and was tasty. The decorations were very nice.

We had the privilege of being the only guests in this ideally located hotel, which is a mere 5 to 10 minute drive from Ait Ben Haddou. It is in the middle of nowhere, which we loved. Great views from the outdoor pool area. Huge dinner portions. Achmed was super friendly and cheerful, making sure we had a great time!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was the highlight — especially the kind and welcoming woman at the reception who greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and gave us helpful advice. The young men on the team were also very friendly — they helped with our luggage and served us a delicious dinner. The hotel is located in the middle of an empty road, which may seem unusual at first, but it gives the place a unique, cinematic atmosphere and beautiful views from the windows. We were the only guests that night and were kindly upgraded to a more comfortable room. The room was clean, with hot water in the shower, fresh towels, and everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. Dinner was surprisingly excellent — even better than some restaurants we had tried before. Breakfast was also great: hearty and perfect before a long day in the desert. Highly recommended!

Bed mattress was too firm for me, but it is a individual choice anyway.

2 families travelling with kids. Staff friendly. Great swimming pool. Excellent location. Everything very clean, spacious rooms. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Great food, big portions. Staff speaks Spanish, French and English.

We had a fantastic stay at this place – a beautifully decorated Moroccan house with a lovely big pool outside (which we didn’t use, as it was a bit windy during our stay). Our room was very spacious and had a nice view of the river. The beds were a bit firm, but we figured that’s pretty common in Morocco 🙂 Breakfast was delicious, made with fresh, local ingredients. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also had lunch at the hotel, and it was absolutely amazing – clearly prepared with care by the chef. A perfect spot to experience the beauty and hospitality of Ait Benhaddou!

Lovely hotel with such nice people and views. We had car trouble on our way over here and she stayed up for us till the middle of the night :). Showers had the best water pressure of our whole trip and the breakfast was delicious. It was a little bit too cold for us to jump in the pool but it was looking very good. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a very nice and clean hotel. I enjoyed staying there. The only sad thing was that the pool they have was too cold to jump in as our staying was in December :(. Other than that - all was perfect. Rooms are with the AC, nice clean bathroom. Our room had a stunning view into the mountains through the window. The girl working there, whose name is Nadia, was very nice, polite, she even served us late breakfast cause we overslept after a 10 hour driving. In total - it’s a place worth to stay in, definitely!

We managed our expectstions before arrival, therefore no complaints.

Small, one-room apartment decorated in a traditional style. The aircon kept convenient temperature over the night. The staff was very kind. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

We found a very beautiful and comfortable structure Just near Ait ben haddou, in a splendid position and with an Amazing view on the Valley. The staff was very nice, so were dinner and breakfast as well. Absolutely advised

The toilet in our room worked so-so, but the place is almost in the desert after all.

The location is gorgeous, with stunning views of an abandoned ruin right across the valley (I recommend taking a short drive or a walk there to check it out). Value for money was really good, as the price is very reasonable but also there was a really nice plentiful breakfast every morning. In fact, not only that, but in the best spirit of hospitality to travelers, we were even treated sometimes for things that the staff did simply out of kindness. Very much appreciated. I only remember the name of Nuna, who speaks English fluently, but all of them were nice and friendly! A must-stay if you're anywhere near the area.

Nothing at all

I was a bit hesitant at first because it's just a tiny bit on the outskirts but OH MY GOD this has to be amongst the best experiences of my very vast travels. The reception: amazing, personalized, and quick! The lovely young lady at the reception desk deserves a raise, my family felt very welcomed by her. The bed: super comfortable. Bathroom, perfect. The bride: unforgettable. There was security at night and our driver was able to park the vehicle without any issue. The star view is true and worth staying here. I personally did not have breakfast but my family did and they said it was amazing and very filling, enough to fill their stomachs all the way to dinner at the desert. I come back twice a year and am so happy I found this place amongst the vastness, I will be back to this site and will recommend.

Lovely location, quiet space with stunning view. Breakfast was great with real espresso coffees. Super cute and friendly cat. Parking space for car. Close enough to town that it’s easy access but far enough away to feel secluded. We really enjoyed our stay here!
