Unfortunately, there was no heating, which can be quite problematic during the winter. This seems to be common in many Moroccan accommodations, though.

Nothing to dislike and the village shops have all your basic shopping needs. There's no restaurant but a small cafe and basic eating place.

It is a very modern, well finished family apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The 2 large TV's can be used to watch Netflix, etc, on your account with large sofas to relax. The balcony is also spacious with seating and a table to enjoy breakfast at sunrise. I made use of the free washing machine to wash most of my clothes to continue my cycle holiday. Super quiet and lovely nights sleep and waking to the sound of birds singing

Absolutely world class property spacious apartment 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms open plan kitchen with big sofa and 50" TV Huge living room can fit more than 10 people for dining 2 bathrooms everything was spotless clean fully equipped kitchen garden with place to seat and relax. Location close to desert and beach few shops in local village and 7min drive to Sidi Bibi small town with shops cash machine petrol station restaurants. 30 min from Agadir. If you fancy a little escape with your family it's perfect as it's a peaceful and quiet location. A lot of parking space. Lastly I'd like to mention Hassan host he replied quickly to all our messages provided information about local attractions recommended amazing quad bike experience on the desert. We like to thank him again for his hospitality.

The inside of the walls is an oasis of plants and the area is very quiet. Said who was looking after the property was very kind and helpful. It is in a simple village with lots of rubble and tracks that can be confusing. Google likes to go round in circles

Not the fault of Hassan, but Google maps threw a fit and kept sending me round and around in circles. A local in his car helped me by letting me follow him to the property. One of the peoblems of travelling in another continent.

Beautiful property, well equipped, plenty of outdoor space, and everything in pristine condition. Communications with the owner Hassan excellent. I will stay here again on my next visit to Morocco.

Very Good and spaciouse, 15-20 minutes drive from Agadir Airport. Nice TV with Netflix ect. Fully equiped large kitchen House silent far from heavy trafic... slip well. Easy to park the car 1m from the door. We will come back soon.

For the price it is the very best choice to explore the local beaches and National Park. Netflix worked perfectly on a very big screen TV. Modern bathroom and kitchen. EXTREMELY GOOD VALUE.

The quiet remoteness might not suit everyone, but it suited me.

Lovely place. Spacious everywhere, with great kitchen facilities. Bedrooms (2) spacious also. Two bathrooms. I liked the quiet, remote location, far from the maddening crowd, yet with basic grocery supplies not far away. The host was welcoming and generous. I enjoyed my stay here.

Make sure you have transportation if you want to see Agadir and environment. If you just want to chill at the place there are enough shops in the village

You get the best experience when you have a vehicle

The property is perfect. If you plan to go to the nature park, you’re in luck as it is perfectly located very close by. Our hosts gave us tea and sweet treats which is a typical Moroccan custom. Most properties in Morocco do not live up to their expectations but this property went beyond.

You need a car to get here. Unless you choose to take a taxi here and stay here. Taxi too and from the city is possible but id strongly advise you to rent a car for the best experience. Its also not located near Agadir but if you’re looking for a beach experience with high quality facilities, you won’t do better than here.

Large clean property with good cooking facilities, comfortable beds and good bedding, good personell. Great for children as it has a nice garden that is completely fenced off so its safe for the children to roam. It is located very close to the beach although we have not attempted to go to the beach so we are unsure about access. We have travelled all over Morocco and stayed in multiple properties and this property is by far the best. It exceeded our expectations.

Short notice booking after a let-down no-show owner in Tifnit and found this little gem was nearby. Easy to contact the property, the owner answered the phone quickly and kept in touch throughout our stay. Beach a few km down the road. Near to N1 route. Via "booking.com" directions it was easy to reach with satnav, in a peaceful rural location with farm animals close by. Small local shop close to the property (at the roundabout) with an amazingly jolly owner who helped me top-up my phone. Fantastic finish to the apartment. Outside there is grassy garden suntrap with outdoor picnic bench and birdsong. Indoor comfy seating and big screen streaming TV. Excellent WiFi. Free parking outside the door or just next to property. Fully equipped kitchen to European standards, with a great stove. Large bedrooms, led lighting to ceilings. 2nd sitting room towards the rear. The owner very easy to get on with and always helpful. Thank you. A brilliant find!

As already mentioned by others, they have water problems. The first evening water stopped quickly, after using it a little bit, there was no water left at all, I ended up taking a cold shower from one of my drinking water bottle. I told to the owner the following morning. That second evening, water was back but there was no hot water, I ended up having a cold shower which is better than nothing but not what I was expecting...

Nice place, a bit challenging to find but the host sent all the details in a message, the key was placed in a locker. The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms, a nice kitchen and diner room, bathroom was nice (of it works) and the price is reasonable. Great potential and nice location if they fix water problems.

Lost booking money

We did not get contact with owner. After 2,30 min on door. We left. Neighbor did everything to get contakt but there was only french number and locals cant call. My own roaming limit was also full. BAD LUCK. PROBABLY nice place if you can agree advance. Before that i had 6 stops in countryside riads allways was somebody on entrance.
