Pretty run down hotel, lunch and dinner is terrible very poor selection. The pool are was quite dirty, along with some parts of the room. My bathroom sink and shower had drainage issues so kept flooding

Staff were friendly especially the entertainment side. Rooms are cleaned daily which is nice, and are a good size. Breakfast had a nice selection of food.

The rooms badly need upgrade. The bathrooms are rusty and rooms are outdated. The kids club is in absolute bad state. Toys are broken and dirty. There is no playground. Far out of town.

It’s spacious resort overall and has a large pool area. A lot of food options.

The room is very dirty. The towels were dirty gray and full of holes. There were three towels for a group of 4 people. We had to go to the reception twice to get another towel. The toilet didn't work, but they fixed it by the evening, but the water in the sink and bathtub didn't go away, no one cleaned them. The spa complex is terrible. They put dirty smelly towels on your face during the massage. Instead of a massage, they smeared a liter of oil on your body and covered you with another dirty rag. There was no way to wash it all off, since the only shower in the entire spa had only ice water. The sauna and hamam were cold. Other people's underwear on the terrace, where you can supposedly drink tea, which was cold. I don't recommend anyone to go to this spa.

I liked the large clean territory of the hotel. Quite tasty varied food. The animators did their job well.

Food was plentiful..some strange flavours..Not always hot but we always found something we enjoyed..even if it was the just the bread. Too noisy with the entertainment...very enthusiastic but turn the volume down!

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They booked us taxis into the city...highly recommended pre booking Marjorelle Gardens. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the trips we booked at reception were great. The hot air balloon was fabulous and not far from hotel. The spa was worth a visit especially on a rainy day! We had the Hammam which meant we could use the sauna and heated pool which was really warm.Gardens were well maintained.

We complained that the phone in our room wasn’t working and it was never fixed until we checked out. Most of the staff don’t speak English so communication was hard. Even though the room was cleaned daily, it was never really clean. I’m not sure the cleaners actually sweep the room. Also, the rooms look nicer in pictures than in person.

It’s a big and beautiful space. I went with my sister and her kids and even though the weather was cold on most of the days, we still had a great time. We enjoyed the array of options during meal times and the staff at the restaurant and the bar were kind and friendly.

Rooms & bathrooms little tired/dated. Food at lunch/pool snack bar awful. Cold/dried up nuggets and dry chicken. Not many options for young or fussy children. Use main food hall for all meals. Didn’t find staff particularly warm or friendly.

Beautiful pool area and spa. Although spa entrance is extra. Away from main city if want to avoid the crowds. Shuttle service. Good all-inclusive food options mainly.

The entertainment in the evening was too loud for the relatively small January crowd. I would suggest more relaxing music in earlier evening. However, the loud music was not an issue from our bedrooms at all.

The rooms were fabulous and we really enjoyed the food - excellent range of traditional dishes and the vegetarian in our party was extremely well catered for. The shuttle bus was very convenient and the views of the mountains were lovely.

I think if i would stay more then 2/3 days the food would start to bore me. It is ofc advertised as such, but its quite some distance to the town. There is a shuttle service for 30 dihram for two ways.

Nice swimming pool, nice spacious room with comfy bed. Quite a diverse international food options. Friendly and helpfull staff

As an all inclusive, bar snacks should be available at all times. No food available in-between meal times. Not much variety of alcohol drinks or soft drinks very basic. As a January visit the hotel was very cold. Only heating in bedrooms. Our room had like warm water unable to get lather on soap.

The food was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and roomy. The spa amazing

No Muslim shower in the room. They could have added a bit more to the outdoor shows and provided a variety of dances instead and made shows more interactive. More kids activities could have been better . .good food variety . There was no plain coffeee in restaurant . You press cappuccino latte and u get chocolate mixed in it .

The staff were quite friendly and service was quite good. We liked the fact that they had included a heated pool for winter time and there were also some other food options if you missed breakfast or lunch. They had also included these sports centre areas and provided equipment and card games to play by the pool. The buffet was quite good with different food nearly everyday. Theatre was very good. Kids liked it very much .

Food wasnt to my liking, some options during lunch and dinner didnt look/taste fresh. The bed was very hard. Location - the hotel was in a middle of nowhere and about 20-30min ride to the Medina.

Nice big hotel, big pool, nice gardens. The room was spacious and comfortable. Quiet during the night. Plentiful breakfast. The shuttlw bus to town was well organized. Overall a relaxing stay.

The fact that they wanted me to take money out of their ATM to pay for hotel as their card machine not working. I would have been charged a fortune.

The location let this place down the most. It is way out of town and to get to town you have to pay extra which i think is unreasonable if paying all inclusive. Also when i checked in no one showed me to my room in a very large and confusing layout hotel. So with my luggage in 30+ heat i had to navigate and find the villa and room myself. This experience put a downer before my holiday even started; This could of easily been missed if someone just showed me to my room.

Food was great if your into Mediterranean and salads. However, if staying for more than 3-5days it can get a little repetitive. The entertainment staff are the highlight of this stay, especially Yusuf the dancer and Ayoub the daytime bar man.

Far end of the hotel is tired and the gardens too. Restaurant is like a noisy canteen. Pool snack bar, food was cold and hour before it closed and hardly any food, staff on their phones and disinterested in serving, clearing tables.

The swimming pool, reception area was nice.

There are no prices on anything in the hotel shop which meant they changed depending who was working there. Also, it would have been very helpful if they stocked a few basic medicines.

Very friendly resort, great staff. Nice rooms with plenty of space, balcony or terrace, lovely pool and lots of sunbeds with shady spots for me! Wide range of tasty food at every meal to suit all tastes and no shortage of good quality drinks. The Halloween show we saw was really good fun and we thoroughly enjoyed all the trips we booked with the hotel around the area.

Entertainment wasn’t great. The crowd seemed to want to dance and have fun but the DJ had other ideas. Also the bar closed at 11pm regardless of the people queuing for a drink, which I thought was a bit off. However the bar staff were fun and engaging.

The food was very good, so were the drinks, wines and cocktails. The rooms were very tasteful, but a long walk to restaurant. Pool was beautiful. Bus to city well organised.

The hotel needs a renovation. Many things in the bedroom were broken or in need of a repair: for example: the bathtub paint was peeling off, the key card holder in the room‘s entrance sometimes did not work, etc.

    Food, staff, pool.
