There genuinely was nothing not to like about it.

Staff were amazing, pool was ideal for those with small children and the rooms were very comfortable.

Perhaps themed nights or wider menu opportunities as we stayed for five days and menu was too small. We got same table starter each lunch and dinner. Perhaps change each day or each meal so not the same each serving.

The taxi did not arrived on time and we almost missed our flight. But the Mirage staff sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and made up for it.

All staff were very accomodating, attentive and kind. The place was spacious, calming and serene. The food was equally delicious. I’ve been recommending this place to my friends and colleagues! Shout out to Nas and the rest of the staff! We had a memorable stay!

Very friendly staff, very clean, very spacious lovely rooms. Lovely food. Service is slow - often you have to go looking for your order! This may be becouse it was Ramadan and perhaps the staff were tired from not eating. For the money the place is excellent. Pillows a little hard but bathrooms fabulous. I would encourage people to go if on a budget. As said, excellent value for the money.

The staff were outstanding, some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my travels. They consistently went above and beyond. A special thanks to Hanane and the manager and the lad who served us breakfast. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hammam was outstanding as well. We will definitely be back!

You need a taxi to go to the city, there is not much to do outside the hotel. But for us it was not a problem. The reception called a taxi for us everytime we asked for one.

Fabulous hotel, the only one that we would choose for a comeback to Marrakech. The personeel is extremely attentive, well qualified and keen to make every stay perfect. They offered a lot of freebies and a free upgrade. The room itself was spectacular, huge, we had our private pool and private garden area. Very quiet, relaxing, we loved everything. The big pool area is very beautiful. Lots of palm trees everywhere and flowers. Absolutely beautiful, I cannot describe how happy I am for this stay.

No doors to the toilets and bathroom. When you have other adults this makes privacy difficult. We had to shout out whenever the toilet was used so everyone knew it was in use. Modesty is important specially for a muslim family. Bathroom/toilets should have doors.

Smaller Pool was heated and 2 or 3 adults could use it easily. Our stay was novemeber. It could be used in winter from September to February. Ideally you should car hire as it is around 10km from city. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was really good at the place.
