I feel bothered by staff asking for hotel reviews on platforms

The sauna and steamroom come at an additional cost, which was disappointing. We did not get to avail of these facilities due to the costs involved. The television quality and channel selection are poor and not even worth switching on.

The staff were superb. Our liaison was Nadia, and she was excellent. She contacted us before arrival and accommodated our needs without hesitation. The gym is exceptional and better than most private gyms. The breakfast is amazing.

everything it was professional amazing but you have to have had like a charger outlet for the computer laptop or a phone. It’s like USB or type C of outlet.

The location was perfect — even though I had a car, everything I needed was conveniently nearby. The hotel was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and quick to assist with any requests. Any minor issues we encountered were resolved promptly and professionally. A special thanks to the hotel manager, Aboubakr, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and to Nawal, the cleaner, who was equally outstanding.

Honestly, this was a phenomenal stay, the hospitality of the staff was exceptional. The rooms were well furnished, there were so many additional touches, adult only pool, wellness centre and the gym which had a coach. The breakfast had an extensive range.

Service outstanding nothing too much trouble anything you need they are right on it, we were assisted by Nadia throughout our stay who is guest relations she is a wonderful host and really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The management team in this hotel are really going above and beyond to make guests their number one priority. The food in the Marcelona is exceptional and the breakfast is top notch.

The checking in process can be improved. Very long wait for checking in to the hotel.

The property was amazing and the staff were very helpful and hospitable. Particular mention of the staffs that were helpful were as follows: Lahcen- the guest relations officer who came to help me when I was waiting for 1 hour at the reception to check in. Checking in can be improved. I waited from 2.35 to 4pm to check in. If not for the delay in the check-in, I would rate this hotel 10/10. However thanks to Lahcen, he managed to come to our rescue. The rest of the stay was awesome. Particular mention of the team and staff’s name that I recall were as follows: Swimming pool team- Do not have the names Breakfast restaurant staff- Khatijah, Chef Sami, and team Concierge team - Fatimah and her team mate The drivers - Mohamed and team Thanks to all the above for making our stay pleasurable. The Moroccan tea expert - Mohamed. Special kudos to him. Very nice chap.
