Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The air con was rubbish and no fan available- it was impossible to sleep because of this

Wifi issues. Some people may not like late night bar on the roof. No laundry service apart from very expensive place around the corner. Blocked drain I had to unblock with a knife. 1 mile from beach. Building could do with some renovations. Lot of hustlers in area trying to get money. Would not let me check out a little bit late despite being a regular customer. Bathroom door very narrow if you have mobility problems or are a large person.
Friendly, helpful staff. Quite good value for money. Well served by shops etc. Easy to get taxis. Rooftop bar with food, drinks and moroccan music. Clean. 15 minute walk from beach. Hot water and good shower. Nice balcony looking over the main square.

No Internet in the room, no clothes hunger in the capord, getting hot water in the bath with difficulty,

Bathroom, was mould,drain in sink blocked.

Property is dated and in urgent need of refurbishment. Lack of hot water. Restaurant selection very limited.
The hotel was centrally located and within easy reach of shops and the beach. Reception staff attentive to needs of guest.

The hotel is dated but everything was clean and it's in a great central location.
The staff was really friendly and very helpful - printed off boarding passes, stored our luggage and really happy to oblige. We also had a very nice, extremely reasonably priced meal in the restaurant.

For those who want to watch TV, I hope you’re luck is better than mine! My TV didn’t work and I couldn’t watch the football.

As self contained property I expected to have kitchen but the only thing was is small fridge.
The staff were excellent the reception the cleaners and the breakfast staff and the breakfast all were excellent.and the internet was good to.

The music sound from next door hotel every day, up steps on the street to get to the hotel fear to fall. the bed was cracking making noise. the bed top cover never changed. pillows are dirty inside. few hangers. no electric socket near the bed. to charge my phone and watch videos i have to stand up rather than prefer to be in bed comfortable doing this.
The room size i liked with balcony even in front of the hotel there are road works, the area was closed. in the heart of the city. hotel is very clean. bathroom doesnt have a shelve to put sop shampoo and glove.

Road development right outside the main entrance that is going on for a few months made it noisy during the day and sometimes late evening.
Stayed here twice now. Only down side was the Hotel is currently on the edge of a major road development. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff in reception helpful.

Swimming pool is so small, breakfast is limited to few items of foods.
Clean hotel there are Three cleaning staff works during day time to make sure every room and communal area is clean. Girls were so fantastic and very pleasant to complete their job.
