The apartment has almost all the necessities that you will need, I only had to buy some consumables like the washing machine soap

From the start, the apartment was disappointing. It was located in a run-down neighborhood that was hard to find and poorly lit, making us feel uneasy upon arrival. Once inside, it looked nothing like the photos shown in the advertisement. Out of our planned 9-night stay, we actually stayed only the first night, mainly because it was too late to find another place. To return the keys, we had to go out of our way to meet a man who charged us an additional €24, claiming it was for city taxes. We paid, but then had to wait more than 30 minutes for him at a second unpleasant location, again in a sketchy neighborhood. As frequent travelers, we enjoy trying different kinds of accommodations for the experience, but this one was by far the worst we’ve encountered. Dirty and to top it off, the same person even tried to charge us extra for a fan. Truly unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, especially not for families.

The owner is Russian. Spend abit more money and find somewhere where the owner won’t do this. The area isn’t good either. The apartment doesn’t look well taken care of. Our cultures are not the same. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I DO NOT THINK THIS PLACE IS SAFE.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻❌❌❌❌ He crossed complete boundaries. THIS ISNT THE MANNERS OF A MUSLIM. This isn’t in Arab/Pakistani/Afgahnisfani culture! We will respect the people. I don’t know if this is in Russian culture but even if it is, it’s not acceptable because you’re looking for problems. The owner messaged me on the same day saying he wanted to take a fridge from the apartment and maybe arrives 1-2hours later. My phone was off, I didn’t say I was free nor to come. When he arrived, he kept knocking on the door maybe 3-5times, he showed up with someone. Me as a foreigner, I didn’t open the door since I was with my family, we thought it could be a stranger and unsafe. He kept knocking and I had the keys inside of the door, you cannot imagine what he did?! He tries to open the door but the keys stopped it, he probably thought we weren’t home. In the end I opened the door. Sometimes I go out and leave my mother in the apartment, she doesn’t speak English. Imagine he came in whilst I had a woman in the apartment???!! Imagine we left our passports in there and sensitive documents, money and the like??? This apartment probably has the owner going, even if people have booked here. Then at the end asks me to leave a good review? He ruined it.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It had everything that was necessary and was very close to the airport, which made my travel incredibly convenient. The owner was very kind and friendly, making the experience even better.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The services and equipment provided were excellent and the location is perfect, close to everything you need. Additionally, the owner is incredibly kind and always punctual, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Tangier.
