Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomPerhaps the showers could do with an upgrade but apart from that there was nothing.
Superb location if you want to be in the middle of all the action; everything within walking distance. Tucked away on a side road but only seconds away from the Souks and main square. Felt safe. Lovely breakfast of boiled eggs, home made pancakes, homemade parathas, jams and sauces, fresh fruit, juice and coffee on the pretty roof terrace. We arrived early and were greeted with mint tea and biscuits whilst waiting for our rooms to be ready. The real gems of the Riad are the gentle, sweet, humble Abdul and his lovely wife who do their utmost to keep the place scented beautifully, the rooms and courtyard clean and even helped me with getting my luggage to the minibus across town on the final day.

GermanyThe Riad is the perfect location to spend some days in Marrakech, the breakfast is very rich and tasty and it´s served on the terrace of the Riad which is a great place itself. The team is very gentle and ready to help at any request: we needed a taxi very early in the morning and our host organized everything for us and stayed awake at 3 am to help us get in the taxi, absolutely great people

Abdul and his wife made everything to make us as comfortable as they could!! They are delicious persons! They satisfied every request we made (dinner at our arrival at h23 + dinner at h19 + breakfast earlier than usual, so at 6). The meals, thanks to Abdul's wife, were amazing!! I honestly would recommend the stay at Riad Noor Charana.

SwitzerlandThere was a lot of effort made with candles and oils inside the riad and the room but sometimes on the roof you catch some funny smells. But I think you get that almost anywhere in marrakech ! Breakfast was quite on the sweet and sugary side. But again common anywhere we stayed. :)
This riad is so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The decor is very calming. Our room was so comfortable and clean with lovely sheets and towels and a cute built in bathroom. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond to help us with any questions and requests and were very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

NetherlandsIt’s a nice and quiet little property in the middle of the chaos of the Marrakech market. It is incredible that the Riad had no noise inside, given the location. The hosts were very hospitable and kind to help us. We checked in late, after 10:00 pm the host was accommodating our request. The Riad was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was fantastic. great 4 days in the Riad !

Central location, Abdul and his wife were fantastic lovely people who could not do more for you. Food was delicious and if you stay for an evening meal make sure you are hungry, the portions are huge.

SpainEverything is good and the people managing the place are amazing and very accommodating. The location is amazing and very peaceful. The pictures make the rooms look bigger than they are and the showers are not suitable for tall people. My only problem was that there were no ironing facilities in the riad even though it is mentioned in the listing.

FinlandPerhaps because I was unfamiliar with the streets, I found it difficult to locate the hotel. However, this was only because I didn't have a navigator, as I had no internet access on my phone. Since it was a smaller hotel, people might not have been able to guide me there either.
I had a truly wonderful stay at your hotel and would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible hospitality of the hotel owners and their family. They are such kind and generous people, and their warmth made me feel at home. Their assistance with translation and guidance was invaluable, making my visit even more enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming atmosphere and excellent amenities, but what truly sets it apart is the people. Their dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience is remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you once again for everything—I hope to return soon! Best regards, Carlos

United KingdomI couldn’t pick out any real issues, if you are tall the showers maybe a little awkward but other than that the place is great.
Equanimity, peaceful and pleasant vibe. A great place to escape from the hustle and bustle of Médina. Furthermore, our host Abdul was always very friendly and amenable which made our stay all the more smooth. Plus having a quiet breakfast on the rooftop was always a great way to start the day.

United KingdomIt was a bit difficult to find the property at first but we got used to it quickly. The stairs to the rooftop are quite narrow, so it may be challenging if you have young children or are pregnant.
We recently stayed at this stunning Riad for four nights and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived late in the evening, Abdul made us feel incredibly welcome. He greeted us with traditional mint tea and cookies. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Every item was homemade and freshly prepared. We enjoyed both tea and coffee. The property itself is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained to a very high standard. They do room service every day. It’s a tranquil place to relax, with no noise at night, ensuring we slept perfectly. Almost all the tourist attractions are within the walking distance. Lots of food options are nearby. Abdul’s hospitality truly made the experience special. Thank you 😊
