United KingdomRoom cleaning seems to start early in the day. If you forget to add the "do not disturb" card, it is likely to get someone knocking on the door. Staff was ok only, since I asked for a late checkout and they couldn't provide anything saying there was no availability. But I could book a new room via the app, so it was not what I expected as a customer.
The location is very good, close to many restaurants and within walking distance from the beach. There is a good bar and the food is decent. The room was modern and quite large. Well furnished as well.

MoroccoThe hotel must be re-inspected by your representative in Morocco concerning Health & Safety issues. Here are my 3 observations on H&S issues: 1. The room we stayed at, room no 606, had no window restrictors which could prevent it from opening by no more than 15 to 20 cm. This window imposes high risk on children or even some adults; 2. Fire Escapes were not clearly visible. Permanently lit Running man signs are not installed. It is your duty to check for these H&S issues; and 3. The Front Office is situated next to the bar which was full of smoking odors. It is not very nice for either children or adults to be welcomed to this atmosphere. Furthermore, we could not see any ASSEMBLY POINT for guests count in case of Fire. I am a Health & Safety specialist, and I would sincerely hope that these points are actioned. Thank you

GermanyWhen I complained about the defective hairdryer (working but the button not manageable in a normal way) the maintenance had to be called 3 times before appearing. Then the "repair" was that the button was stuck into the frame permanently and the unit to be started by the wall unit switch. That is not a repair, but a short-term solution. This is ok for a morning to be able to work with it - but in resume, the whole dryer should have been replaced, or repaired to the original functionality.
The breakfast was ok - I would wish for more selection for the cheese platter. The coffee machine a bit slow or not enough when more than 10 persons are present. Bar staff was agreeable and nice (your colleague from the west of africa notably very courteous and friendly).

NetherlandsOne of the lifts wasn’t working No towels in both rooms ( asked twice for it and got it after more than one hour& I had to take a shower at a nearby place outside of The hotel ) Soap, shampoo missing Hair dryer missing Worst part, it seems they organise events every weekend including Friday evening, and the music is loud until 2 am I called the front desk to report that, and I have been told “indirectly” that I can only sleep after 2 am According to chain, and to get such stay with a brand, is not just disappointing, but a disaster since you expect a special treatment worth the brand name and image so it’s a shame
