Equipments of the lodge need replacement: small and old gen Tv, noisy mini bar. Price of mini bar items to reconsider (too expensive water, way too expensive nuts). For a remote accommodation, Room Service Menu could be extended.

Combining the lodge and AquaPark was a great experience. We appreciated the cozy breakfast service, and the warm dedication of the staff. The beautiful pool & garden are a real gem.

Really beautiful garden surroundings in the villa and the linked waterpark. Very spacious private garden in our villa. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. They organised local taxis for us which were all on time. They also arranged Hammans and massages at the nearby Atlas spa hotel which were great.

Had to wait a long time after having asked for some complimentary supplies. Breakfast food items such as the sausage ran out at about 9:15 and would not be replenished. Food needs to be labelled at the buffet so people know what it is.

The recreational facilities,location, atmosphere and the food. They have created a space where the wildlife can still thrive. It is a wonderful atmosphere. Loved the privacy.

We wish we could've stayed longer!

Oasis Lodges is a little secret haven tucked away 10-15 minutes from the bustling Marrakech city centre. Me, my husband & our 3 children (12, 14 & 16yrs) had the most amazing holiday. The staff are all so welcoming, friendly & helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We stayed in a 3 bedroom lodge which was spacious, extremely comfortable & luxurious. We enjoyed relaxing in our own private garden. We all had great fun in the Oasiria waterpark & visited each day when not exploring Marrakech, on an excursion or relaxing! In the grounds of Oasis Lodges there is also an outdoor pool, table tennis & boules. The free shuttle/taxi into the main square in Marrakech was so easy to book, just asked at the hotel Reception the day before. We ate in the hotel restaurant a few times & the food was very tasty. The breakfast was also delicious, we treated ourselves to breakfast in the lodge some mornings too. If you fancy room service that is available too. We had the most memorable holiday & would definitely recommend Oasis Lodges.

From collection at the airport to the warm welcome at the resort, everything was fantastic and faultless from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly and polite and I would definitely recommend the Oasis Lodges for a family break. 10 minutes drive to the centre, which is close enough to get to but far enough away for some peace and quiet

Very quiet location which is a welcome break from the Medina. Beautiful grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious villa - each bedroom has its own en-suite. Food at onsite restaurant quite limited but the separate restaurant in the nearby water park (short walk) opens late after the park closes and is excellent. Breakfast food and buffet so you can fill up the kids for the day. Good free shuttle van to/from the medina.

Building work next to the pool. They should add beer to the minibar.

It was very hard to fault Oasis Lodges. Everything is of a very high standard, the villa's are amazing, the facilities excellent, they now serve alcohol in their restaurants, including poolside. We didn't want to leave!

Very nice property surrounded by large, lush gardens. Very peaceful and quiet. Had a three bedroom suite, which was very large with private terrace garden area. Property is a bit outside city center, but easy to arrange transport (hotel shuttle or taxi). Amazing pools. The water park was closed during our stay, but there were still three pools to chose from. Perfect for a family holiday, our kids absolutely loved it. Lovely staff.

At arrival, the host acknowledged that we need an extra blanket and agreed to provide a golf cart from the room to the restaurant since it was a super cold night, so we decided to cancel the other restaurant outside the property. However, those things never came until we made 2-3 additional requests and waited for a long time. Limited staff can communicate in English. The service is not up to its star standard.

Amazing resort with lovely grounds. Perfect winter getaway with kids, warm in the day and log fires at night. Very easy to get into Marrakech with the shuttle/taxis. Wonderful stay with accommodating staff, very kid friendly, peaceful and clean.

our garden area looked a bit bare soil with very little grass, maybe they were reseeding it. It didn't really matter but it would have been excellent had we had the lush green lawn of other lodges.

Food was excellent, so was service, so were the amazing gardens and pools, slides etc. We particularly liked the pool area that was just for those staying in the lodges - everything had a very classy feel to it!

Beautiful lodge. It was the most amazing place we have stayed in together as a family of 6! Everything was perfect from the rooms, to the outside private garden area with the hammock. The restaurant served a great range of food for breakfast. The pool was fabulous with a water park right next door.
