We chose a private room, but we didn’t know it has no windows (which was not really ok for us). Also, on booking and on the doors was stated the breakfast program but it turned out they do not serve it. We had only one bathroom with hot water and it was small, dirty and unpractical. Also, the wc and the sink to wash your hands were at different floors, very confusing.

The location was good, just few minutes away from the medina. Our host was very kind and the room was clean.

Good location. But not easy to find. No sign outside so it just looks like private door. Roof terrace has no view. 8 bed dorm is in the cellar or basement so no outside window. No key given so when you return you have to ring the bell and hope the owners in. He wasn't one time so I had to call by phone. Luckily he wasn't far away. Toilet seat is broken.

We stayed in a private double room. The room itself was beautiful and the bed was comfy. Mehdi the host was absolutely fantastic and so friendly. Location wise, it’s brilliant as there is parking outside and it’s a very straightforward walk into the main square.

Harassment starts immediately when you exit the building. But that is hardly the hostel's fault - this is Morocco. The kitchen is quite small, so only one person at time. One day I accidentally used the main door key to neighbor's door and it unlocked and opened! Could anyone enter this hostel as well with Moroccan quality Acme-grade door key?

The private room was big enough and bright yet there were no windows, so not for the claustrophobic. Possibility to wash clothes. I booked 3D2N Merzouga trip from here as I did not trust the travel agencies in Medina. The trip was ok and this hostel's price reasonable, although some had paid less for it. Some had paid more. My luggage was stored safe in the hostel while I was away in Merzouga. When I came back at late hour from the exhausting tour, it was hassle-free and convenient to stay one more night in the hostel dorm. Wifi was mostly working.

There is no sink in the shared bathroom at the floor I was at, the only one I could find was two floors down next to the dinning area.

The staff where really helpful and provided assistance via WhatsApp at all times. The room was spacious.

Not much air flow on ground floor bedroom and need fans

Only stayed 1 night, went somewhere else for the next night. Far away from the markets in a much busier more local area. Facilities weren’t great. Bathrooms were quite dirty, no hot water. Bed linens were dirty and covered in hairs. Only sink to wash your hands is on the top floor and there isn’t even soap. No windows in bedrooms so 0 air ventilation. People were up way after the poster curfew and were quite loud.
