I was asked to wait for someone to come fill out the form then I was asked to fill it myself because the receptionist doesn't want to do it. Also the shower drain was clogged so I had to shower in intervals 😂..

In the hotel notes was written that it was possible a late check in but when I communicated the time of arrival (around 1 am) the hotel answered that check-in was not possible. I had to call twice the Booking clients assistance and finally they managed to get in touch with the hotel. By the way, they never answered my mail and Booking com mails. Upon our arrival, they asked for extra money as tourist fee.

Dinner menu very limited and menu card was very dirty. Male on front desk either busy talking to staff or very slow. New quick checking was fast but then had to wait ages for room card. Suggest a second person on the front desk would be more useful at peak times ie checkout and checking peak times.

We had a car, but the guy from the parking lets us out for 1 night, just because we didn’t tip him . Not professional at all. Very bed internet connection.

The stuff was very nice, especially Ou Mouina from reception, she was very kind and helpful, one more person wich was really nice and look after our room Nezha. Thanks for everything and definitely we will be back. Overall we had a pleasant staying.

For the first two days, there was no internet, even though the room description said it was available. I had to change rooms. Another important issue – I had to pay for the stay a second time, even though it had already been paid for a month earlier. The refund was issued to someone else, not me. It was a total mess.

The layout of the rooms was a bit like a maze trying to find your way back. Took a couple of attempts to find your way.

Stayed here at the end of my tour to recharge the batteries before flying home, sort my suitcase, relax, and get a massage. Nice breakfast selection and lots of great restaurants nearby.

The worst thing about the hotel was the shower in the room. The water pressure was very weak, which made it difficult to take a proper shower. Another issue was the breakfast — it lacked variety and was quite simple.

The hotel is in a good location in the city. Additionally, the room was clean, thanks to the cleaning staff. Overall, the staff of the hotel was nice.

The hotel has good location. I looked for the hotel with pool and it indeed was there that is the value of the hotel. Nice, clean rooms. A bit outdated, but everything is working. Breakfast was good, not a wide selection, but enough for my taste.

The check-in took very long because the receptionist did not concentrate on serving his customer but did everything else instead. The receptionist was also very pushy, demanding good ratings for he and his bell boy right after the check-in. If I remembered receptionist's name, I would sure give bad ratings.

I stayed here for only one night, but the general expression was good. Tidy rooms and convenient location near the railway station, when I came by train. Breakfast was ok.

The first night I got to hotel around midnight and there was no hot water so I didn’t shower after the journey. They fixed it the next day but I learnt there was a problem in the whole building that day. The air con / heating didn’t work at all and no one came or fix it so it was quite cold at night. Breakfast was quite plain always the same thing. Fridge in the room didn’t work.

Cleaners made sure room was clean every day, the Wi-Fi worked well which I liked because I had to work.

Water in the shower was intermittently flowing and not so strong so it took us a longer time to complete a nice shower. Breakfast was the same for 5 days. No meat at all. I had to eat eggs and bread every single day.

I liked the bed, it is spacious and clean. Staff are helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Oudaya, even for just one night. The hotel is conveniently located between the old Medina and the modern city, making it easy to explore both areas. The hospitality was excellent, and I especially appreciate the help of Tarik—he was incredibly friendly and very helpful, making my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and well-located stay in Marrakech.
