All was good.

The location is good, far from the noise. The staff are very professional, helpful and nice. The food was delicious..the service was good as well. I recommend anyone who wants to spend a calm and relaxing holiday to stay at the Palace Jena and enjoy the time there.

I like everything, but I would prefer a shower cabinet instead of a bathtub only. Bathtub could be slippery.

The hotel's location on a main highway about six kms out of the walled city turned out to be perfect -- an oasis to escape to while being near enough to flag down a shared taxi and get into the medina at minimal cost. Behind the hotel is a quiet garden and two good-sized swimming pools. Breakfast was a generous buffet. Quite a spread! The best thing of all was the staff -- everyone polite, kind, courteous and helpful, from the cleaner to the boss.

Small minor issues …. Location was out of town but we knew this, nothing a taxi ride wouldn’t fix Tv unusable. Unable to get any signal whatsoever ! Curtains were hung but not correctly making them look bad. Voile curtain at end of bed was clearly missing panels and not hung correctly. Bed very hard

Booked the junior suite - it was massive !!! Rooms cleaned daily Staff super helpful Breakfast wasn’t Al La Carte but staff were happy to cater for for whatever we wanted 😊

We didn't notice the pool wasn't cleaned often, especially the larger one. Location is okay but is a little far from main town

Palace jena was amazing! Affordable and huge rooms, the food selection was wonderful and the reception staff were incredibly helpful! The spa downstairs was very relaxing. There are two pools and the grounds are beautiful. Facilities in the room were great and staff were so helpful when we said that there is no WiFi coverage in the room they came and fixed this immediately.

The property, despite being an hotel, still tries to mantain the Riad features making it typical in a way with its architecture. The staff is super welcoming and ready to solve any issues you may have. The guy Chihab was super available facilitating our stay in the hotel and in the city.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were terrific. It's a beautiful hotel. I was there for just one night and I arrived after midnight so I only saw the place in the dark. I found it peaceful and quiet for the night I was there, although I can imagine noise travels. I chose this place as I thought it was close to the hotel, but it was a bit further than I thought, but that wasn't a problem.

Internet was not great in room. In the lounge, it was fine. There were minor hiccups at the start but staff was ready to help and sorted the issues quickly. Same Breakfast was offered everyday. Would love to have some variation and some meet options (I.e. sussages, bacon) and some traditional food instead of same English/foreign Breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big, with plenty of light and air-conditioning. Room service was available. Nice pool to refresh yourself, with restaurant and food. Had a spa as well, but I didn't use it. So, I can't comment on spa service. I recommend a stay there.

Language barrier with some staff who couldn’t speak english. We had no WiFi the last 2 days and struggled to print our boarding passes from the reception. We thought they can help organise us a taxi, however told us to hitch a taxi from outside ourselves. We had no kettle and mug facilities in our rooms. They didn’t give the best service for an iron as i asked from one which didn’t work at all. The second one i received, i was rushed to use as there was one iron everyone was using throughout the hotel.

It was a beautiful clean hotel to stay in, housekeepers will come everyday to clean the rooms, breakfast was ok but not the best, Mohammed is such a great staff during morning/breakfast time and approachable and friendly. We wasn’t able to use the outdoor swimming pool as it was quiet cold to use. We booked for a couples Hamam, massage and indoor pool, and had such a lovely and relaxing experience. On the last 2 days they decorated our room with flowers, which was complimentary from the hotel.
