Very good infrastructure and accommodation

It's a little bit off the beaten path, so getting there was somewhat tricky. Steve had to meet us at a point and escort us to the property. I don't think we would've been able to locate it on our own. We weren't able to explore at night because we figured it would've been too hectic to find our way back to the property.

The staff was AMAZING! Steeve was incredible, and the ladies were extremely pleasant and courteous. Steve assisted us with getting transportation, scheduling our tour, shopping information, getting late night food upon arrival, and getting back to the airport for our departure. His hospitality was unmatched! The pool was nice, and the property was beautiful.

we booked this on the grounds that it said there was a bar, yet no bar so false advertising and wrong, very disappointed ☹️

The sound insulation of the windows could be a little better.

Location is a little bit less frequent part of the Medina, but still very good, everything can be approachable on foot. The building inside is beautiful and clean. What the best is the service. They were very flexible with our requests, especially with the time of breakfast and calling taxis.

No bar when it was advertised

I liked the location, but it advertised as having a bar which was the reason we booked , but that was false advertising. The staff couldn't have been nicer and made us feel so comfortable, spotless, cleaned room everyday. Close to everything and comfortable beds , great showers and good enough breakfast.

I would like to say a special thank you to Steven for his constant help, youssef as well and the ladies for the warm welcome and amazing service, without Steven the stay would’ve been much harder as the location of the Riad is not ideal for night outings but he always accompanied us when leaving and also on the way back. Steven in particular was a living saint. Marrakesh is a chaotic experience and a place where people give you advice that can be useful about 50% of the time. Steven made sure things happened. Organised taxis, gave sound advice and generally smoothed out the kinks.

The only thing to mention that the condition of the bathtub was not the most convincing as it would need a new coat of paint or tiling. Even though we could tell that it has been cleaned, it did not feel like it.

We had an amazing stay, the riad lived up to the expectations based on the pictures. We had a spacious room with a huge and very comfortable bed. Everyday cleaning was provided and the receptionist was extremely helpful. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace with pancakes, baked goods, jams, eggs. It is located within walking distance to all the main attractions, would absolutely recommend to stay at this place!

Breakfast was ok but basic: eggs, tea/coffee, orange juice, olives, butter, jam, cakes/pancakes. I believe the hotel has been recently renovated (there were still traces of paint/dust).

while its quite comfortable i wouldnt call it 4 stars+ very expensive location in the old town is good but getting anywhere requires a walk through the old town which can get tiresome with the hustle and bustle of the market. no fault of the property the breakfast is moroccan which while good and authentic is not particularly large if its your main meal of the day

The lift wasn't working, and there was no bar with wine or cava as advertised.

Exceptionally clean and beautiful room. The staff were all very polite and helpful, and the food was excellent. We highly recommend this Riad / Palace.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. They even walked me to the day tour meeting point. This Riad is close to all old town attractions. Fantastic place to stay!

The drainage in the bathroom was a bit slow, so water pooled up around you while you had a shower.

Great staff - they were really nice, had a lot of information to share around tours and safety and commute and even went out of their way to take me around the city occasionally. Kareem was especially nice and helpful.

Finding the riad was very difficult. The GPS doesn’t route you to the right place. If traveling with non rolling luggage you will have a slightly difficult time. It’s in the middle of the less tourist area so a lot seems to be going on.

My room was big and beautiful. The pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Staff was lovely and communication was no problem. Breakfast on the terrace was a nice treat.

This is a very hot city so the AC should be better, i was so hot in my room and sometimes was hard to sleep cause the AC was not very strong so it was as hot in my room just like it was in the street, i woke up everyday sweating a lot , but still loved my stay.

The staff is amazing and very helpful, polite and welcoming, loved the room too and the location of the riad, I love the smell around the hotel , always smells very good.
