Very good infrastructure and accommodation

All personnel very nice, accommodating and flexible (breakfast requested sometimes early in the morning). Room was perfect (bedroom, great shower…). Thanks again for the free hammam offered the last day of my trip ! :)

The staff was AMAZING! Steeve was incredible, and the ladies were extremely pleasant and courteous. Steve assisted us with getting transportation, scheduling our tour, shopping information, getting late night food upon arrival, and getting back to the airport for our departure. His hospitality was unmatched! The pool was nice, and the property was beautiful.

It's a little bit off the beaten path, so getting there was somewhat tricky. Steve had to meet us at a point and escort us to the property. I don't think we would've been able to locate it on our own. We weren't able to explore at night because we figured it would've been too hectic to find our way back to the property.

Its location was lovely. The riad was beautiful and the rooms and amenities lovely and worth your money. Staff went above and beyond to facilitate our group

we booked this on the grounds that it said there was a bar, yet no bar so false advertising and wrong, very disappointed ☹️

Location is a little bit less frequent part of the Medina, but still very good, everything can be approachable on foot. The building inside is beautiful and clean. What the best is the service. They were very flexible with our requests, especially with the time of breakfast and calling taxis.

The sound insulation of the windows could be a little better.

I liked the location, but it advertised as having a bar which was the reason we booked , but that was false advertising. The staff couldn't have been nicer and made us feel so comfortable, spotless, cleaned room everyday. Close to everything and comfortable beds , great showers and good enough breakfast.

Intimate and beautiful hotel with plenty of character in the middle of the souk. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful hamam on the last day! Highly recommended. Just bear in mind that it's a small hotel.in a historic building

I would like to say a special thank you to Steven for his constant help, youssef as well and the ladies for the warm welcome and amazing service, without Steven the stay would’ve been much harder as the location of the Riad is not ideal for night outings but he always accompanied us when leaving and also on the way back. Thank you :)

Steven in particular was a living saint. Marrakesh is a chaotic experience and a place where people give you advice that can be useful about 50% of the time. Steven made sure things happened. Organised taxis, gave sound advice and generally smoothed out the kinks.

We had an amazing stay, the riad lived up to the expectations based on the pictures. We had a spacious room with a huge and very comfortable bed. Everyday cleaning was provided and the receptionist was extremely helpful. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace with pancakes, baked goods, jams, eggs. It is located within walking distance to all the main attractions, would absolutely recommend to stay at this place!

The only thing to mention that the condition of the bathtub was not the most convincing as it would need a new coat of paint or tiling. Even though we could tell that it has been cleaned, it did not feel like it.

We stayed in 2 rooms, the junior suite & deluxe suite. Both rooms were beautiful. They were clean & comfortable. The riad offered us a complimentary transfer from the airport which was a nice touch. The staff were so friendly and helpful - they couldn’t do enough for you. The roof terrace is a beautiful area for enjoying the sunshine. The riad is only 10 minutes walk to the square so perfect location. Will highly recommend this riad to friends and family.

Nothing to not like.

Great place, a gem in the old town. Amazing service, felt like at home. We will go back for sure! A big thanks to the staff that took care of us like a family and also to all the people in the streets that always had a smile for us, positive vibes alert!

The Staff, Steve and Youssef, are very friendly and helpfull. Thank you guys for a pleasant stay!
