Staff was very kind, friendly and took very good care of us. We had generous and delicious vegan meals. Our kids enjoyed the small pool. Palais Chadmi is very well located (in the middle of the souk) at only 5 minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa.

Situated in the heart of the Medina this quiet is oasis is a 10/10 for its location. The property is done up in an aesthetically pleasing manner with comfortable beds and big rooms. The breakfast is wholesome - often served with homemade cakes and sweet dishes. Raja and the staff are hospitable, warm and friendly

Would be great if all guests will get their own key and not ring the bell each time they would like to get in, as you can hear this bell all over the building.

We stayed in the double-deluxe "Secret" room, and unfortunately, the pictures online make it look much nicer than it actually is. There’s a reason why there are no photos of the bathroom on the website – while it was clean, it definitely needed renovation. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. The room is spread across two floors, which should be clearly mentioned in the description, especially for guests with mobility issues. There are quite a lot of stairs, and the only bathroom is located downstairs. Another downside is that the room is very dark—natural light barely reaches inside, so you need to keep the lights on even during the day.

The hotel is undoubtedly very charming, located right in the heart of the medina. It's surprising how quiet it is inside the hotel, considering that as soon as you step outside, you're in the middle of the bustling market. Check-in and check-out were very quick and hassle-free. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just expectations with the photos were to high for the reality! Generally clean, but just little details that can make the difference is not there! The riad has a lot of potential to become better!

For us it was a little difficult navigating the stairs without a handrail as my husband is disabled.

This riad is beautiful and we loved the style of it. It was comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast.

Had a nice big bedroom but the bathroom was downstairs via a narrow twisting staircase that my wife found difficult to negotiate.

Excellent breakfast available to be served in courtyard or on roof terrace. Location was excellent for sightseeing although a little difficult to find. There is no sign at the entrance which made locating it very difficult upon returning on our first night.

It was very cold inside the dining and common areas.

Raja, the manager, was the perfect hostess. She went above and beyond any expectations to get us everything we needed, including arranging a visit to a private showroom to shop for a rug, arranging for transportation into the Medina for my sister, who has limited mobility, and more. Our dinner in the riad on the night of our arrival was exquisite--maybe the best we had in Marrakech.

The shower in the suite is a disaster. There is no water pressure at all, temperature is super hard to regulate: it’s either scorching hot or freezing. and what’s worse is that the whole bathroom will be underwater if you leave the shower head attached to the wall.

Palais Chadmi is beautiful. An oasis of peace in the hustle of the souks. It is tastefully designed, rooms are spacious and outdoor area is super relaxing. Raja is a wonderful host and super helpful

The location of the riad is incredible as it's just a 5-minute walk from the main square. The inside of the riad is beautiful and very quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff was very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. Moreover, the rooftop is also a very nice place to relax and soak up some sun at the end of the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Room was a bit odd with a bathroom downstairs. Shower was just a drip, but I expect thats quite common.

In February the room was a little cold but fine once in bed. That’s it - it was a great visit!

The location is great - right in the heart of the busy Medina and close to the main square but despite the noise outside the hotel is quiet and serene. The accommodation is comfortable, decorated in a simple authentic way and Raja and Aziz were great hosts, helpful and kind. The breakfasts were exactly right for us, lovely homemade pancakes and breads, honey and sweet orange jam, fruit salad, rose scented yoghurt with nuts, good coffee and freshly pressed orange juice - perfect.

Very uneven wifi coverage in our room

Very big bedroom, with dual bathroom. Comfy bed, beautiful courtyard and terrace. Plus so many cool rooms to chill and enjoy peace and quiet. Location is a bit shocking at first, but then you understand that you are indeed in the heart of busy medina.
