Friendly staff! They are amazing and introduce everything once I arrive at the hostel. Beds and duvet are really comfy. Close to the medina and around 10 minutes of walking.

Noise coming from the streets, but I guess it is like that in most places in Medina due to a lot of motorcycles and cars driving around day and night.

It was close to the centre, many different and interesting places.

This room face a main road that could get busy, better to use some earplugs.

I really enjoyed my short stay at Peekaboo Hostel, Houde was a lovely host which helped me with everything I needed. Thank you so much! The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious enough. There are also a cute dog and a smart cat that add extra cuteness to the stay. :)

Small and relaxed hostel, not as busy as some of the other Marrakech options. I had a fantastic sleep, despite some noise from the street, which doesn’t bother me but might bother others. Small rooftop deck was pleasant to relax a little after a lot of walking.

Location: it's not very far from the center and main square but i didn't like the street, especially at night it felt a little uncomfortable. The hostel is small, all the area's are, also the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom, which means if you just want to wash yourself instead of taking a shower, you have to stand in the hallway. The rooftop is small but nice, but too chilly in winter except for some hours per day when the sun is out. My room was just next to the kitchen and hall and it can be very noisy when guests or staff talk loudly. I can only compare the private room (not the dorm) and to my opion it's a bit too expensive for what you get.

Friendly staff, everything was kept clean. You can decide to add a breakfast, I did that for one day and that was a good breakfast. In the room there was no place to hang a towel or a jacket (a hook on the wall could solve it) and when i mentioned it they immediately took action to solve it, i appreciated that. It can be hard to find since there is no sign but after my booking i received photo's and that made it easier to find.

Too much crowded with bunk beds and congested, so not enough place to move around. However for the rates it’s fine. Bathroom is small. Kitchen is ok , however fridge is not clean. Terrace is ok. I was bit unhappy as my booking was changed by host at last moment so I did not have choice but to move to other room or get refunded.

Host is very helpful, and hostel is at just on border of Medina with possibility to park car just opposite to hostel. Location also gives authentic feeling of Medina itself.

The location quite hard to find especially no signage of the hostel hang or put in front of their door. The booking.com address and google maps address all are wrong. Very stressful situation if maps cannot identified correct location and especially if we cannot make a phone call. For breakfast, they served flat bread and it was super hard, difficult to chew. I had it in other riad and it wasn't like that hard, normally it was soft. Other than these, this place is quite nice to stay.

The roof top is unique, especially it was quiet during my stay there. The bathroom always clean spotless. The black cat, chance, naughty but cute, is additional colour to this place. The owner and staff are nice.

I stayed at Peekaboo Hostel in Marrakech for two months, and it turned out to be a great choice for a longer visit. Rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces were always well-maintained, and it was clear that the staff puts real effort into keeping everything in good condition. The hostess and staff were consistently friendly and professional. They were approachable, helpful with any questions I had, and made the environment feel safe and well-run. I appreciated that they were available when needed but also gave guests their space — a hard balance to strike, and they did it well. What I enjoyed most was the genuine, relaxed vibe of the hostel. It attracts respectful, like-minded travelers, which made for a pleasant and easygoing social atmosphere without feeling like a party spot. Overall, Peekaboo is a solid option if you're looking for a clean, well-run, and welcoming place to stay in Marrakech — whether it’s for a few nights or a longer visit. I’d happily return.
