I had an incredible stay at Petit Palace! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home🫶.The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, with a calm and classy atmosphere, no noise, no disturbance, just perfect. The hotel itself is stylish yet cozy, offering a warm feeling like home. The location is also excellent, close to many places. I originally booked for 3 days, but I loved it so much that I extended my stay for an extra day. Highly recommend this place!

The property is well located and absolutely stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was well thought out. We had a great time getting ready there for a wedding and were well taken care of. This hotel lives up to all your expectations !

We had a wonderful stay. Everything from the warm welcome to the comfortable setting exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained and the entire hotel carried a subtle, personalized scent that added a touch of luxury to the experience. Beautiful quiet place, this is a hidden gem..... hotel room was excellent and super clean, staff were very friendly and happy to help 24 hours a day. Very highly recommended if you want to stay in this area. Hotel restaurant has excellent food. Plus little shop right next door. I can't wait to stay here again.

Wooden floors were a little dusty, but we had nothing to grumble about really.

Modern accommodation with a separate lounge/kitchen area and patio with views down a long tree lined street towards the sea. The breakfast was served at an on site restaurant to the side of the hotel and was very good.

There were only a couple of minor issues that I would raise. One was that if you are a sun lover and wished to relax in the sun the balconies do not really get much sunlight. There was no information in our room about how to work the television/air conditioning or anything about the local area that would have been helpful to guests. The menu for the restaurant was also all in French and most of the waiters did not speak much English so there was a bit of a translation issue there.

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and large balconies. The breakfast which was served in their restaurant round the corner was good with an excellent choice. The location was ideal for easy access to most areas and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Lovely place to stay set in a very nice, quiet middle class part of the city. Lovely large room split with a low mezzanine. Fabulous bed, great bathroom, property is new and well built for purpose, with very friendly and helpful staff.

The air conditioning was just about able to cope with late March temperatures but not sure it would cope with a Moroccan summer. We had a car but it may have been a bit of a hike to the beach/promenade if walking.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, including with helping me to find a dispensing pharmacy and with suggestions for good beaches and day trips. Modern and well equipped room. The bed was really comfortable and we slept very well. Great bathroom and excellent shower, although the hot water did tend to run out close to completion of second shower. We had breakfast delivered one morning and it was served on the terrace. Very comprehensive and well served. Staff were also very accommodating of our request for a late check-out (for which there was a reasonable charge).

The staff are the strength Ihssane and the young man Sophie . Ihssane especially is the most helpful member of staff we have ever had in any hotel. Our flight was cancelled suddenly throwing up big problems for us. She took it all in hand and sorted everything out new flights taxi to pick us up. Just exceptional care from a lovely young woman who will go far in her profession. The hotel is fabulous and I’ve already recommended it to friends. Its walking distance to beach shopping restaurants

The 10 minute walk down to the beach area is pleasant but a bit more tricky back up the hill! In the bedroom there are several steps down to the main sleeping area which may not suit all travellers.

Small hotel in a quiet residential area. with easy free parking available. Room was well appointed with comfortable large double bed and a view over the rooftops to the sea. A range of choices of breakfast off the menu with attentive service from the cafe around the corner from the hotel. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Several restaurants in easy walking distance.
