Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses – A Five-Star Family Paradise!!! From the moment we arrived at the hotel resort, it was clear we were in for a treat! This five-star gem exceeded our expectations in every way, making our stay memorable and enjoyable. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Every staff member we encountered, from the reception desk to the restaurant servers, greeted us with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The reception staff and manager went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, providing us with all the information we needed to settle in and enjoy our stay as well as an amazing family suite. Thank you to Ilham, Hicham & Ikram for providing such amazing service that we decided to extend our trip by an extra day!! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. We loved having a cozy place to unwind after a fun-filled day. Pool and Kids' Slides Now, let’s talk about the highlight of the hotel, the pool area! The impressive pool was the perfect size for families, and the kids' slides were a smashing hit with our little ones. They spent hours sliding and splashing, giggling the whole time. We felt completely at ease knowing they were entertained in such a safe and vibrant environment. The pool is split into 3 and has a quieter area for adults to enjoy. Dining Experience The all-inclusive meal options were fantastic! Each day brought a new culinary adventure, with a wide variety of delicious choices. From hearty breakfasts to scrumptious dinners, everything was well-prepared and flavorful. The different restaurants had wide range of variety and exquisite taste. Overall, our stay at Pickalbatros was nothing short of amazing. The combination of outstanding hospitality, fun amenities, and delightful dining made it a perfect vacation spot for families. We left with fond memories and can’t wait to return in the future!

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and everything around the hotel was being cleaned continuously. The restaurant Culina in the hotel has a good variety of dishes. If you are travelling with your family this place is definitely worth the money and you will have all you need at the hotel.

IrelandSome alcoholic beverages were not well-known brands. Pools are new but small tiles are already coming off, and some edges can be sharp – I recommend pool shoes for kids. The beach is public, not private to the hotel.
The hotel is recently renovated and overall our stay was very enjoyable. Staff were excellent – especially Ikram at the front desk, who was extremely helpful with everything, and Ismail, who assisted with arranging transportation. The food was amazing, with 4 open-buffet restaurants to choose from. The Blue restaurant offers seafood (reservation required). Alcohol was included in our package – the beer and white wine were good. Plenty of pools, enjoyable to use. The hotel is close to the beach, and the wavy sea is great for surfing. Gym was very good, fully equipped with Technogym machines.

QatarI had a very good experience at Pickalbatros Palais des Roses Hotel. The reception was warm and professional, with special thanks to Ikram, an excellent hostess who made check-in smooth, and Mourad, the manager, who was extremely welcoming. The all-inclusive package with four restaurants offered great variety. I especially loved Tagine restaurant and the range of delicious Moroccan dishes. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to the beach. The entire property was very clean. The swimming pool was large and spotless, with slides for kids. Evening entertainment was enjoyable and added to the overall atmosphere. Overall, a highly recommended stay for families and couples alike.

United KingdomJust for people aiming for more relaxed vacation , White beach will be better option , but if you are a family Palais de roses is the choice for you. Beach wise ,both hotels are beachfront which is amazing - the public beach infront of palais de roses was more crowded than the one infront of the white beach. Both Very nice locations for swimming and surfing!
The team has been absolutely amazing , quickly and appropriately helping us when needed. Mr.Shehata(the GM) and Mr.Mourad (guest relations manager) have been of such a great help and understanding, ensured our stay to go as smooth as it could be! We also been to Pickalbatros Whitebeach Taghazout as well. The service there was exceptional as expected , big thanks to Mr.Yassin in front desk and Mr.Khalil (F&B- bars manager) he is such a great guy ,so decent and very welcoming. In conclusion we enjoyed every bit of our stay with Pickalbatros Hotels.

Aircon not working just fan, however the weather is cooling so we dont need it Bfast n lunch are busy hard to find tables, although staff are really trying their best clearing tables n replenishing cutleries. 4 restaurants available but nit much distinctions all more or less similar. Don't understand choice of glossy tiles for flooring n stairs as they are slippery! Really small stuff - expresso cups in room for tea n coffee? No milk given as well. Lots of expectation to speak French, English instructions or info not readily available apart from basic hotel rules. Wasnt sure what and when entertainment is on. Not great variety.
