All things said and done, I think it was a bit too expensive. I paid for a junior suite, expecting a queen bed and two singles. I instead got a queen and a sofa bed. I was traveling with my three teenage kids, so it was a bit of a squeeze. Guest services did offer to send up another bed, but I struggled to see how it would fit in comfortably in the room, so I declined. I suppose I could have asked for another room, but I couldn't be bothered to pack up and move.

It is smack dab in the middle of everything. Walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. The staff however was the highlight of my stay- it was my children's birthday and they outdid themselves at our dinner in the evening- providing premium hospitality services. I had requested a cake at time of booking and it was provided at no extra cost, with singing both in French and English!!! They had a standard breakfast- which helped us have a good start to the day. Lastly, on checkout, they very kindly agreed to hold on to our baggage until later in the day which was very helpful.

Breakfast could have more variety, in terms of local moroccon cuisine. Air conditioning at entrance is recommend.

Definitely recommend this hotel, close to local amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Although it looks new and clean at first sight, the room has many cracks and falling plaster on the walls and ceiling. There is quiet some damage on the equipment already. The TV only has TV channels and not a single streaming service or AirPlay option.

Modern, clean and spacious room with an awesome balcony. The breakfast is amazing, you get a big selection of really tasty food. The pool space is great for relaxing. The staff is really kind and helpful.

I like that ther is a shoos and restanant next to the hotel its nice, nd the hotel dosent deserve the price , not a lotof shoice in the food , ( bread , sheese , machine fir coffe in the breakfst disrnt work dosent give a nice coffe, bad qualite for the datte , house keeping dosent clean the tables in the room , like the table the head of the bad too dusty

I didn’t like the room type they are offering. Having the sink outside the bathroom is really annoying. Also to go outside, mostly the elevator stops at the reception and change to another elevator to go outside.

Breakfast was over crowded and you easily got stressed. The pool was heated and warm, very nice but its located in the shadow which make it very cold and during winter you cant sunbath because of that. Be aware of the high deposit they require for each night. 1000DH per night.

Loved the clean and modern room with a terrace. Very helpful staff. Good location with easy access to main roads and get to walk to the medina. Amazing gym.

Shower leaked under the bathroom door in our room making the floor wet.not enough information on menu re gluten free options, I ordered a chaser salad assuming it would be plain grilled chicken but it arrived breaded so I had to send it back and reorder I wasn’t sure if the frites I ordered were 100 % potato or were coated in flour/farine, clearer food labelling would be helpful. .
