Location handy enough considering the hotel is in newer part of Fez. Close to train station and eateries. Wide choice of food at breakfast. Attentative and kind multilingual staff.

FinlandThe hotel bar and fitness center did not accept card payments. A hotel that claims to have five stars should accept card payments, especially as they promise to accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. On the other hand, the reception had difficulties to find change when I paid my room with cash.
Location near the railway station is convenient. The hotel is located in the new part of Fes, somewhat outside the old city, but that is a virtue, because the old city is very hectic and crowded. Good breakfast; I especially liked the great variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. The pool was nice. Fitness room (cannot call it a gym) better than nothing, but it was very modest and some of the equipment out of order. The wellness center offers massage and other treatments. A 30-minute relaxing massage cost 200 dirhams (20 euros), which I think was a reasonable price. The hotel serves alcohol, although you can find many other nearby restaurants doing that.

SwedenThe bathroom floor is wet after the shower because of gap between the glass door and the tub. The location is relatively far both to the bus station and medina, but it is easy to find a taxi which is cheap.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped us to get a taxi to the airport and also solved issues with money that was not in dirham. The room was exceptional and very comfortable
