The staff I was gonna cancel my bookings because the room was a bit hot yet the manager was very understanding and moved us to a bigger room with better A/C Which made my stay much more pleasant

Dingy room and somewhat tired furnishings. Poor lighting. However nonetheless comfortable and very spacious. Very large bed was also comfortable.

Location handy enough considering the hotel is in newer part of Fez. Close to train station and eateries. Wide choice of food at breakfast. Attentative and kind multilingual staff.

The hotel is a bit run down. The phone didn't work, neither did the mirror lights in the bathroom. I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel.

The room was quite big and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. Secure underground parking for my motorcycle.

The hotel bar and fitness center did not accept card payments. A hotel that claims to have five stars should accept card payments, especially as they promise to accept Visa, Mastercard and cash. On the other hand, the reception had difficulties to find change when I paid my room with cash.

Location near the railway station is convenient. The hotel is located in the new part of Fes, somewhat outside the old city, but that is a virtue, because the old city is very hectic and crowded. Good breakfast; I especially liked the great variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. The pool was nice. Fitness room (cannot call it a gym) better than nothing, but it was very modest and some of the equipment out of order. The wellness center offers massage and other treatments. A 30-minute relaxing massage cost 200 dirhams (20 euros), which I think was a reasonable price. The hotel serves alcohol, although you can find many other nearby restaurants doing that.

Room too hot and wouldn’t regulate so we turned it off. We stayed in February so turning off and opening windows doable but our room needs sorting for hotter months.

The bathroom floor is wet after the shower because of gap between the glass door and the tub. The location is relatively far both to the bus station and medina, but it is easy to find a taxi which is cheap.

Almost everything. Especially the service minded staff and director. They did their best to solve my problem with a tour operator used a lot of their time to help me. Very good and diverse open breakfast, big and comfortable room. Good supermarket just around the corner

The tv could have some more (international) channels and it would be nice if the fitness center was open for a longer period of time. The breakfast food could also improve a bit more but it was a diverse breakfast they offered and it was pretty alright.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped us to get a taxi to the airport and also solved issues with money that was not in dirham. The room was exceptional and very comfortable

Had to ask for the tea and coffee machine , which initially didn’t work but then the problem was rectified by the young man from concierge. Had to ask every day for refill of coffee/ tea sachets and water bottles Also the new year eve dinner was very disappointing
