I booked a bed in what I thought was a room with air-con, with a curtain in a large dorm room that wasn’t too full. However, when I got there, it turned out that they had decided to only put the air-con on in the other large dorm room, which was almost full. I was offered a choice between that room (no beds with curtains left) or another dorm room which was less full and not air-conditioned. In the end, it was fine in the other room with just the fan, but be aware that things may not be quite how they appear on Booking.com. Be aware that you may have to walk a bit to get to the bathrooms, depending on where you are staying. Also, I booked a desert trip to Merzouga through the hostel that proved to be a bit hit-and-miss (I suspect that this is the same wherever you book a trip like that in Marrakech though).

Great hostel with nice terrace and breakfast and dinner options. Good location, just a little further out from the Medina but wasn’t an issue for me. Lovely staff. Stayed in the female dorm which they kept lovely and cool on the hot nights.

I only stayed for one night after landing and on my way to another final destination in Morocco but my stay was pleasant and the hostel offered everything I needed. It was clean, there were plenty of plugs, the internet was fast and reliable and the breakfast was filling. No complaints at all!

Very nice hostel. The staff is super friendly and helpfull, it's very easy to move around, the area is nice and people in the neighbooroud very kind. I travelled as a solo woman and felt very safe. The bathroom and sanitary are very clean.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel! The staff at the reception were so kind and helpful, and Abdul always making sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore. The atmosphere was welcoming, it felt like being at home, I'm definitely coming back !

Abdul and Usman were great hosts and very friendly. I had so much fun staying in the hostel. They also serve great breakfast. I think it is one of the best hostels in Marrakech. I highly recommend this place. This hostel is now my go to place to stay whenever I will be in Marrakech.

It is a great place with a calm atmosphere. The service is good, especially the reception by Abdullah. He is a cheerful person who communicates well and is good at dealing with people.

All the staff are very kind and helpful. The communal areas are really nice, great roof garden and view. Abdul is great and very helpful. So are all the staff really. Ohh, I will look no further when I visit again.

The place is suitable even for a longer stay - not too expensive, having more than one outdoor / semi-outdoor places or corners from which you can choose if you would stay inside the hostel on some days. Some of these areas are no-smoking areas, which is a plus if you are a non-smoker, but they have also smoking area. If you would like to use the kitchen for anything, you should know beforehand that that's not possible, nonetheless the staff is kind to serve you with what you need, for a price or out of kindness depending what you need. Staff is nice, kind, attentive. All my respect for their hard work!
