Excelente location. You can reach the place in ebike taxi for just 5 euros from the Medina entry

Has no private toilet despite being announced . However the shared toilet was clean and not busy

Really good location, hosts were friendly and helpful.

Shared bathroom, although we were the only people staying for a couple of nights so it didn't matter too much. Cleanliness is lacking throughout the property. Very dusty in the rooms, the room we stayed in on the top floor was very cluttered so I imagine harder to dust/ clean. The terrace could do with washing and sweeping. Overall for the price we paid it met expectations.

Location convenient to Medina, Kasba and sea front

"private bathroom" is misleading, it is outside the room and downstairs. Dusty and very bad for my allergies.

The hot water doesn’t always work ( isn’t stable).

It is an extremely peaceful hideaway in an extremely peaceful part of a wonderful medina. Unlike our stays in other hotels deep in the heart of Moroccan medinas, there was little to no noise disturbing us from the surrounding streets. It also had a very comfy bed and a beautifully decorated room. The Dar itself was also really spacious and cool. It also had a brilliant hangout spot in the form of a rooftop terrace.

The communication between us and the staff was pretty poorly but that did not affect the experience of the trip at all.

This is a great room with a lively terrace in the middle of the Rabat Medina! Location was perfect and Mourad was a very welcoming and friendly host!

The host Sam was superfriendly and brought us freshly squeezed orange juice as a good morning gift. The bed in the room was totally comfy (I think I had the best sleep there of my whole stay in Morocco). The location is excellent.

host is very gentle; room is big for the standars; location is perfect, next to the traditional market, train station but also beach and other places, everything is walking distance; is a safe place

bathroom is share, small to serve to several rooms (also yo have to go downstairs to use it) and have personal things from the host I guess, so needs to be clean and be in better presentation. the room and the share spaces need more cleaning routines, dust and things are you going to find

Beautifully decorated and confortable bedroom in a lovely riad full of traditional features. The bathroom was immaculately clean, with good water pressure and hot water. I especially liked the terrace with all the plants and seating areas.

You get what you pay for, its a cheap price and that is wat you get from your room... I had a very good sleep and the manager is superfriendly...

It starts with the placement/ location on the map, its not there, it 200 meters further to the left. Impossible to find. Sadly the room is full of garbage,,,, I understand its a cheap room but: 5 carpets, 2 jembes, 1 broken sunglasses on the wall, 1 belt on the wall, wet towels on the bed, 1 used towel on a useless rack, 2 chauffages/ heaters that dont work and are unnecessary, 1 extra folded matras on the floor, 13 pillows everywhere, 1 useless cupboard on the wall with jembe on top of it, 1 useless lamp, 3 ashtrays, 1 unsure what to do with it cup, 1 useless table and chair, feathers and bags on the wall are not decoration… 1 more useless cupboard… and 2 table lights that dont work. Its simply too much for one room. PLEASE. Get out all the garbage and carpets and clean the floor properly and get a nice and cosy room... PS The room window looks out on more rooftop garbage…. of useless and broken stuff that doesn't get thrown away!
