HORRIBLE HOSTEL! I DON’T RECOMMEND IT! I paid more for air conditioning and arriving at the place there was not even a fan, the attendant said he would take us to another hotel, a better hotel with air conditioning and fan, arriving at the place, the air conditioning was not working and neither was the fan! We were hot and it was very hot. The other day we went back to the hostel and nothing changed! The facilities are not good, the bathroom doesn’t have hot water, the faucet doesn’t work either!

lOcalisation, bedrooms, bathrooms, simply nothing was good! The location is not good, far from the centre, it’s dangerous to walk the streets at night! There were also people sleeping on the terrace. I found it very strange and the official even said that we could sleep on the terrace, if we want. Anyway, I don’t recommend this hostel to anyone, it’s not safe, the facilities are terrible and you can find a better and even cheaper place closer to the centre!

    the workers are nice

Too dirty and hot. No airconditioner. Nothing like the photos or comments. It is just dirty.

The workers are really nice and helpful. They were always ready to help. The terrace was nice.

I have many things to say. Firslty, on Booking, it is said that there was an airconditioner. Let alone air conditioner, there was not even a window. The room was hotter than outside (40+ degrees). I have been to cheaper hostels and I am a long time backpacker with +25 cities in almost all continents. This accomodation is by far the worst accomodation. I think the good comments are just fake, unfortunately. Everything you can think of is very dirty. It is not cleaned regularly. There was not even a handsoap in the bathroom. The mattress and pillows were like a stone. The bed was not cleaned after the last customer, most probably.

The property is beautiful and just at the centre of Medina. Price is very value for money. The area very quiet which helps us sleep well, the accomodation is very clean and well maintained. Our host Abdlghani is amazing. He is very helpful and very accomodating. He certainly makes us feel very welcome and comfortable. 5star service for his great customer service and doesnt hesitate to take extra mile for his guests.

Apart from the hospitality given by Yousef I cannot think of anything that I liked.

    Cleanliness.

Staff super friendly. Ladies work extremely hard to keep the place clean! Nice rooftop. Good location.

No windows in rooms, so the only air ventilation is through tiny air holes above doors. Gets very hot in the room as there are no air cons either. The place is very new, definitely needs lots of improvement all around, get some basic hooks and shelves in the bathrooms to put your stuff when showering, some soap holders next to sinks in bathrooms. Some hooks and shelves or tables in the rooms to keep your things as now the only available space is the floor. The bed sheets are too small for your mattresses, so they come off all night long, get the right sized bedding.

We had a really nice stay! The staff was very friendly and tried everything to make our stay great (also for our time after Marrakesh). The rooftop is pretty and the breakfast cheap and good. Everything was clean. Only the shower was cold most of the time and something to hang the towels in the room would be good. So all in all we were really happy with the stay and if we will come back to Marrakesh, we would stay there again!

We were first-timers to Marrakech and the guys at Red Vibes Hostel made us feel so welcome. The location is great because it is just outside of the busiest part of the Medina - but within 10 minutes walk you’re right amongst it! Nothing was too much of a problem for Youseff and his team and they were happy to help us with directions or recommendations of activities/eateries whenever we needed it. Highly recommend!

    Everything was great.

We were the first guests in this hostel! 🥰 They have very friendly and helpful staff (10/10) that made our stay super comfortable. The room was clean, with new mattresses and pillows and overall fine for the price, but it did get a bit warm due to lack of (large) windows (6,5/10). The rooftop was nice though, and great to relax after walking around the city all day. The location of the hostel appeared a bit sketchy at first, but we encountered many kind people in the local shops (that charged us normal prices for cold drinks and food!), so me and my two girlfriends felt safe to walk the 10 minutes to the more crowded area of the medina, both during the day and in the evening. It's not luxurious, and you may need to be quick to get a hot shower, but the sheets were clean and we got a fan when we asked for it, so we can definitely recommend it if you're on a budget. Thanks Red Vibes Hostel 😊

Brand new hostel, very clean - cleaning service permanently active at the hostel. Good Moroccan breakfast for a good price. Price-quality great.
