If you are looking for a traditional stay with the friendliest staff and amazing breakfast this is your choice. Bô Riad is well located, near Medina, it has a beautiful traditional look, a gorgeous rooftop and very efficient and helpful staff. We ended having the traditional Hammam with 60 minute massage and it was amazing. A special thank you to Mohamed for welcoming us to Marrakech in the best way possible way and making sure we had everything we needed.

The beds could be a bit better and the linens and towels don’t really match the high standards of the rest of this hotel.

The staff is really friendly , Said at the restaurant was really nice, provide excellent service. Place was really clean close to everything, breakfast very good, bed okay, dont expect extra comfort. We had a good experience.

Absolutely nothing

The staff were very accomodating, they made sure we all had our own personal experience nothing felt like it was choreographed, the location was exceptional, close to the souk but not close enough to keep you awake with the noise, the breakfast was amazing every morning with plenty of fresh produce, the information they gave when you get there on where to go and what’s worth seeing with a little bit of history in each area was a good touch to know exactly what you need and want to see.

Staying at this riad in Marrakech was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel immediately at home. The atmosphere is serene and authentic, beautifully combining traditional Moroccan architecture with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with local crafts and details that reflect the spirit of Marrakech. Breakfast itself was a highlight, with fresh fruits, homemade breads, traditional pastries, and excellent Moroccan tea. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the quality of the food was outstanding. What truly sets this riad apart is the service: the staff went above and beyond to help with every request.

The location and the well kept venue and staff

My bathroom door had a lock from the inside, so I was unable to shut it to keep all the aircon in my room, it was only slightly ajar so not a huge issue

The Riad is absolutely beautiful and clean. I stayed with my 9 year old son and we loved it, would definitely come and stay again, staff was really friendly and helpful go out of their way to make you have the best experience and help with booking excursions and finding your way around. Food was also really nice and has excellent service.

The property was located very close to the main square which made it very easy to get to. The staff members were also very accommodating and helpful in regards to transport and excursions.

My stay at the riad was absolutely top-notch! The service was impeccable—attentive, thoughtful, and always ready to meet my needs with a smile. The staff showed incredible attention to detail and made me feel truly cared for throughout my stay. A beautiful, peaceful place with genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and authentic Moroccan charm!

Impossible to do a more glowing review. Even before arrival communication was incredible. Hamza and the entire team always went above and beyond. The traditional architecture is just divine, this same sentiment extends to the food, the staff and their hospitality, the spa facilities, housekeeping and all elements that make it run. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had the best and most comfortable stay, Hamza and the crew greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions and had the best tea waiting. Breakfast was incredible I met the kitchen staff and even they were lovely. I was gifted a Hammam experience by one of the staff and I can not express how perfect it was it felt super traditional and i felt SO exfoliated and rejuvenated after the lady doing it was also so kind, professional and experienced. The location is also perfection right in the heart of all the action yet when you enter you feel like you are in a bliss sanctuary. I wish my stay was longer and I can not wait to return. I can not recommend Bo Riad any higher. Thank you team and until next time!

Lovely small riad in the very heart of Marrakech. The rooms were beautifully presented, very simple but really nice, clean and lovely and cool. The staff we are very friendly and helpful. It was a great location for a taste of the real Marrakech.

Genuinely lovely stay at Bo Road where you're made to feel like you're at home. The staff are exceptional and we're there to help with anything big or small. Hamza in particular was a fantastic host who was there to help make our journey less stressful and help out at any chance.

The staff were truly excellent Moroccan hospitality at its finest. We were made to feel like we were staying with friends. The staff were only too happy to help whenever we needed anything. Special shout out to Hamza who was a warm and welcoming host.

The location was excellent and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful even escorting us to a restaurant 10 minutes walk away when we were uncertain of the route. This is not a luxury hotel but perfect if you are looking for a genuine Moroccan experience located in the Medina.
