The Riad was located in a great spot near all the markets & souks. The staff were lovely and I would definitely come back and stay here again.

They need to paint and change a few things inside the room, the glass in the windows is broken, the rugs are dirty, . Stuff would not speak English, if you do not speak English, it is ok just Do not add It as Extra Language in your Profile, the Brekfast very limited. I have asked for an Invoice and they still haven't sent it to me.

Loved having breakfast on the rooftop! Can't beat the location, just two minutes from the main square. You arrive to the Riad via a side road full of little convenience store, in case you need to pick up anything last minute (like a bottle of water or so..). Said and the staff were just great, they even helped us establishing contact with the external tour we booked.

Said was really nice and super sweet Made sure to pick us up and took us to the riad And we had to leave early and he made an early breakfest for us that was really Nice! The accomodations are nice and clean and has everithing you need

Windows don’t have small curtains so first thing morning time sunshine would come through and disturb sleep, the shower didn’t drain quickly. No clothes iron available

The original idea of 'juice bar n kitchen' no longer is active.. so there was no food / drinks on roof terrasse apart from breakfast.. Which was ok but the name 'aicha kitchen' is somewhat misleading ;-)

Nothing much or serious, though the bathroom sink , water drains slowly and the water on the floor after shower drains slowly, if you could like at that that will be great, but overall stay was very good.

It was a bit dirty and old. The rooms haven’t been taken care of since the pictures were taken. The paint on the walls in the bathroom were chipped, the faucet had green rust where the water comes out. The sheets were definitely not knew and had a few holes in some spots so need to be replaced.

The location was great, right next to the main square. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything was good.

Excellent and convenient location- 50m away from Jemaa el-Fnaa. It’s a modern, clean and neat riad. The rooftop lounge was spectacular and had an amazing sunrise and sunset view. Saeed cooked us a lovely breakfast everyday and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Mohammed who met us at the hotel needs some social skills. Work being carried out to property next door which was extremely loud. They need better privacy screens between rooms and shower toilets.

No privacy in the room, you can hear everyone on the stairs. No ventilation in toilet and in room - just small window to staircase. This is more a B&B that a Riad. Breakfast was realy basic, so we had it only once.

Good location, minimalist interior design if you like it. Very clean even taking the fact they are demolishing the house next door. Nice staff.

We like everything so we really would like for the place to go a step forward and use all the potential it has as it can really be a fantastic hotel with a nice restaurant. I see many possibilities to make it grow!

We really love the location, the comfort and the staff, a bug shout out to Said, he always was so accommodating with our requests and so friendly. We ended up staying three more nights as we loved the bed, pillows, breakfast was so good (just would suggest to add aome more options) and the roof top was amazing!
