Hello Fanti I am sorry about the change of the room but you shoud know it. I didn't decide to change your room. It was like that on the reservation I received from Booking.com. I can't change it. I thought that you were aware of this changing. I didn't do it, Booking did it, without giving you the information. About the fact that the riad was dirty, I dont believe you. Just a nice lie. You can write it, but I know that it's not the truth. Sorry for the change of room during your stay. In am not responsable but sorry. anyway. Dirt, I don't accept your comments. Thanks for the staff. You can arrive when you want, there is always someone for you. But I don't agree with the other comments. Normally we do a treatment every 6 months in all the riad to get rid of all cokroaach. You are the first to tell me that so I will look carefully because I don't like it. About dust, as you saw they are doing some work in some houses of the stree after the earth quake. It makes dust more than usaual. So we are cleaning the twice a day to be sure to have no dust in them. The location of the riad is in the Mellah district and you can walk to all the different historical spots. If you don't like it, dont come in a riad, You should stay in a nice modern new hotel in the new part of the town, but really not in a riad. The charm of a riad is to be an old renovated house in the old town (medine) Same thing, don't take your holydays in Morroco, or a muslim country if you don't want to hear the mosque and the first prayers are at 5 ,or 6h00 in the morning. Restaurants, you have some 100 meters from the riad but I really suppose that you didn't ask the staff, you arrive the first night at 2h00 so it was for the 2nd night I suppose. I can't be there 24h/24. But I am sure that if you had asked nourdine or jamila or sana, they wou have told you. To ,summarise your comments, we have nice staff and nice rooms but you didn't enjoy your stay for a lot of easons which are not our fault. Next time, find a new hotel, far from a mosque and in the new part of the city. All my best Jacques

Thanks a lot for your answer. You give me 10 for everything except for the coffee.... I am not surprised coming from people coming from Italy !!! May be it was not strong enough. I remenber my last trip to Italy one year ago and i have the same problem. The italian coffe , you serve a very little cup and such a small quantity that it is really too strong for me ... I was always asking some water tu put in my cup !!! You should have asked the staff to get a really strong one. Sorry for that, I should adapt the coffee depending where the people come from; Very light for american people, very strong for italian, in the medium for french....... Thanks a lot for your comments but I am so surprised that you have nothing "bad". It's so marvellous and I will share that with the staff (Nourredine and his women !!!). They are like a family, it's more vthan 10 years that I am working with them and really what you say is really right. So thanks again.

Thank you to tell me that the room was nice and same for the terrace. But I am really surprised about your other comments. It's really under 10 years that someone telle me that the staff was cold. You are morrocan and I do not know how you can write this kind of things. All the comments say the contrary but I have an idea why you write this. You write as well that the pool was dirty, It is really not true. I was on the terrace to check and the water was so clear and blue You write that the breakfast was not good, but you don't explane why. If I remember you come down at 11h to ask if you could have breakfast. No problem and we serve you bread, butter, home made jam, yoghurt, cake and pancakes, fruit salad and eggs if you want. Is that a poor breakfast, of course orange juice, coffee, milk or tea. I think that it is quite correct, and you take breakfast only one morning.. But may be you are not happy because you didn't get breakfast the next day when you leave the riad at 3h00 in the morning. But you never tell us that you were leaving at 3:00 in the morning. In this case we still do some coffe to our guests....!!! When Sanah ask to clean your room, you just refused. When we clean your room the day you leave, I do not want to explane how we find it... You just get up and leave the riad in silence without saying a word to the staff. But Nourdine who keeps the riad at night hear you and run after you in the street because you did not pay the taxes, you forgot certainly......!!! Is that a good attitude for a morrocan living in Italy and who come in his country... ???? You think that you are superior to the morrocan staff of the riad. You should have some humility. So the way you did, the way you behave let me a little bit disappointed or suspicious about your negatives comments . Jack and the morrocan staff of Riad Alegria

Thanks.for your comments and thanks for the staff. I am happy thet younenjoy breakfast and your home made dinner. About the pool, to have it on the terrass, it's difficult to have a big pool to swim !! But it's not normal that it was not totally clean. may be it was just at the time we replace the sand in the filter. I am sorry for that and you should have told us. Globally, I am happy that you enjoyed your stay and I will look more carefully at the pool. All my best Jack
