Although it is in the medina, the last 100 meters to get there are not so pretty. It's so quiet that you can hear other doors.

Beautiful building with details, nice rooms, friendly staff, good location, nice roof terraces -- nothing negative to say. Great breakfast, served at the terrace: A lot of good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, fruits, youghurt, bread, croissant, msemen (tasty Moroccan bread/crepes).

We had a really nice stay, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. Arrangement of the taxi from Marakesh was on time and really well organised. Staff were friendly and gave us recommendations of places to go around the area. The rooms were comfortable.

The facility is in need of renovation and the cleanliness below our standard. The pictures on the site do not realistically depict the state of the room. However, the value for money is excellent, and I would still recommend this location.

The staff were phenomenal, fluent English, always willing to help. The breakfast was outstanding, the location very good and tthe 2 story roof terrace is a nice bonus. The room was quiet and very relaxing.

The location is off backstreets so when you first arrivce you feel a bit disquiet, however when you step into the hotel it is a different vibe completely, with peaceful music and a lovely smell. Alongside this the street itself was very noisy and night 1 we barely slept as there was a band playing at like 2am and people talking loudly all night, however this isnt the fault of the hotel. Once we moved rooms the upstairs was very peaceful and very easy to have a good nights sleep :)

The breakfast offered was lovely everyday, and they kindly provided a complimentary traditional Moroccan meal for my partners birthday. So food overall was 10/10. Also we had a problem in which we had been allocated a standard room rather than a Superior room like on our booking, but the staff were super lovely and helped us make the swap quickly and with ease.

Rooms could be decorated a bit nicer. All rooms have more beds, than needed - my one three beds, so no room for a table and chair or a suitcase rack.

Nice hotel - it is in the a little bit more poorer part of Essa, but still in walking distance to all facilities. Staff very friendly and supportive! Helping to carry luggage up and down. Typycal Medina Hotel style.

A very nice and clean establishment with all the Staff being very service oriented, always asking if I need anything. They served me coffee early as requested and provided a great breakfast each morning. They cleaned my room every day and the terrace is very nice and comfortable.

All perfect. Very friendly staff who helped us find the best room given our situation. Nice rooms with great outdoor space. Breakfast served on the terrace is excellent. Location just outside the touristy part of town in a quiet part of the Medina.
