Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PortugalNothing! All good.
Very good and calm location. Once arrival, Jamal received us nearby and walk us to the riad. The breakfast is complete and the "crepe" were amazing. The kindness of the staff is overwhelming. On my b-day they decorated the room ;)

Romaniathe typical moroccan breakfast could be not always what expected by european visitors but is very good for who want to experiment local cuisine.
the location is not very appealing on the first sight but after a couple of days we appreciate the proximity of the Medina and the quiet neighbourhood.

The Riad is a perfect walking distance from the medina so you get some space and quiet from the centre of town whilst being close enough to walk in. The roof is absolutely gorgeous, and Abdullah and the family made us feel at home. It was fantastic to have the hamam and massage in the Riad so we didn’t have to leave the comfort of the house for the experience.

United Kingdomnot much, the bed was massive, probably a bit too big for the room.
The breakfast was amazing, staff are very friendly and the location is a short walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and all the souks. Free Taxi pickup from airport helped, would've been a challenge to find by ourselves. Evening meals were great too.

BrazilThis is an experience of living in a Riad - a very common architectural structure in Morocco. The building is beautiful, the pick up service is essential because the directions are complicated at first. After that it becomes super easy and safe to find the labyrinthine paths to the hotel. The Riad is located close to the most commercial area, but without the noise and traffic of the market area. We were welcomed with a warm tea and our room was comfortable with a good bathroom. The cleaning service is excellent and the breakfast is hearty with many delicacies of Moroccan culture. Our children, especially, loved trying out each dish that was served to us. Our son was picked up by the hotel's service late at night, at a fair price. Overall, our experience was great for a trip to a country that was unknown to us and the Riad Atrium was a safe haven.

AustraliaExceptionally comfortable (I wanted to take the bed with me!), warm, quiet and tastefully decorated room. I loved the bathroom door (and the lovely bathroom and hot shower). The cleaner did an amazing job each day. The location was perfect - in the historical medina, but not the busy, noisy, crazy part. Dip through the nearby main road arch and around the corner and you can access the path around the walls, which was perfect for long morning runs. The rooftop is gorgeous and looks out on to the Koutoubia, and the breakfast is superb. Above all, thank you so much to the wonderful and incredibly kind staff. When the room I had originally booked at another Marrakesh riad was double-booked, Atrium not only kindly accommodated me at extremely short notice, but gave me an upgrade to a beautiful upstairs room and included a transfer to the airport for my departing flight. The unparalleled service and kindness of the staff was exceptional and so greatly appreciated.

**Written by my wife** I have just come back from 4 nights at the Riad Atrium and words can’t even describe what an amazing place it is. I have stayed in many luxury 5* hotels all over the world, but this place is just out of this world. Clean, beautifully decorated, relaxing, delicious food, faultless customer service and kind staff that cares. The Riad has its own therapy room for hammam and massage which I had twice and I can 100% recommend it! I suffer with a bad back and this was possibly the best massage I have ever had. The manager Adbellah also helps to book tours, day trips and offers any advice. The location is perfect, only a 15-20 mins walk to the main square, which leads to the souk and other beautiful places. There is a little walk from where the car drops you off (if you arrive by taxi etc), but really not a big deal. And when I arrived from the airport Adbellah was waiting for me to take me to the Riad. It’s also important to say that as a solo female traveler I walked to the square and back and through the little alleys many times and felt really safe. I really wished I could have stayed longer and I can’t thank Adbellah, Badr, Abdul, Soufiane and all the ladies ( I am sorry, if I forgot someone) enough for making me so comfortable and treating me as family. I am already looking at dates when I can come back to Marrakesh and when I do, I will only stay here. I really can’t recommend this place enough.

SwitzerlandThere is only one thing we did not like about property and it was dinner. We stayed for a dinner for one evening and for four people it was 80 euros which is very expensive. There was nothing special about the dinner. It was supposed to be three courses meal, soup main dish and desert. Unfortunately main dish was disappointing and as desert we got fruit salad in very small cups. I would stay in the hotel again but would not prefer to eat there.
It was very pleasant stay for us. The riad was very clean, the owner and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was also pleasant. It was also very silent property which we liked a lot. You can walk to main streets and attraction area or take taxi.

An absolutely beautiful riad in a great location in Marrakech. Abdellah ensured we were comfortable and greeted us with the kindest hospitality from the moment we arrived. The mint tea, the meals, and the services were all exceptional. Further, Abdellah set us up with a great tour guide within a very short notice which we definitely appreciated. I would recommend this riad to anyone who comes to visit Marrakech.

United StatesThe location, while great for the authenticity of the experience, is not particularly convenient for luggage and is tiring to reach after a day of touring. We found it a bit hard to drag our roller bags on the cobbled winding streets from the hotel to our cab when we left - It is quite far from the main road, guessing about 8-9 city blocks or so. And while on our arrival a hotel person helped take our bags for us, he dragged them at too low an angle and badly scuffed my newer roller bag across its bottom edge. Boo.
The hotel is gorgeous and newly renovated. The tile, the textiles, and the architecture are exceptional. We loved our large room and every detail was perfect. An interior designer's dream! The meals were also delicious and we loved the traditional menu. Eating on the outdoor terrace with the gauzy curtains billowing in the breeze and candlelight at night was so romantic and added to the Moroccan vibe. The service was exceptional - we were catered to in every way. 10 out of 10 for customer care - thank you!!
